Service is just okay. Sales people have no personality and used phrases like “What did you expect?”. Back in 2017 when I leased my first Lexus I felt valued. The last two times I’ve felt like a number and and used phrases like “What did you expect?”. Back in 2017 when I leased my first Lexus I felt valued. The last two times I’ve felt like a number and I’m seriously considering elsewhere for my next car. The finance manager, Art, was the only person who made us feel like valued customers. I was told I could have my windows tinted, they are not dark enough. Sales man told me I could bring it back to do this. When I Inquired through text the next day I didn’t hear anything for 3-4 days. When I finally heard from him he said he’d let me know if anything could be done. Never heard from him. More
