While registering my car for service, they found I had a windshield full of cracks (over 35) and needed to be replaced. They scheduled it for the following day (Saturday 3/27/21) at 1 pm. On Saturday, nobod windshield full of cracks (over 35) and needed to be replaced. They scheduled it for the following day (Saturday 3/27/21) at 1 pm. On Saturday, nobody showed up and/or called to tell me when they were coming. I called the service department and was transferred to an independent contractor who informed my appointment had been changed to Tuesday 3/30/21 and that I shouldn’t drive my car. I was never notified of change. I called Lexus back and requested to speak to a manager for a loaner and was told everyone was gone for the day and to call back Sunday at 10 and I would be helped. I called back today at 10:06 and was told there are no managers on Sunday and nobody would be able to help me with a loaner. I was told to call back Monday. Please note that I am a single parent with two teens who play baseball and go to school. I drive them to and from school daily and to and from practice and games also daily. This is very much a problem for me as well as an inconvenience. My oldest plays high school baseball and cannot miss any practice and/or games. I am without the ability to drive my car and nobody at Lexus to help me. This is highly unprofessional and very inconvenient. The person who scheduled the windshield is named Carlos. Also I was told the car would be washed and vacuumed but it was given back to me dirty. More
