My gate key fob and a charger were removed from my car and I was originally told I’d have to return to the dealership to retrieve them. After numerous calls and finally a call to my previous SA I received and I was originally told I’d have to return to the dealership to retrieve them. After numerous calls and finally a call to my previous SA I received a call and was given an explanation that they fell out of the car(which anyone knows that is NOT possible). The key fob is left in the cup holder as it’s the only way to enter my gate. Also, my purse which was tucked away appeared to have been looked through as all of my cc were loose inside the purse instead of inside the cc holder. I’m very dissatisfied with LOPP and will be monitoring my cc activity for suspicious activity. This entire visit was very suspect. How does a key fob fall out of a cars cup holder? Or a car charger???? A purse tucked away rambled through. More
Went in for tire issue. Called ahead and set it up. Arrived when stated but still had to wait. Got the car into the queue for service and they called to tell me that the tire had to be replaced. Immedi Arrived when stated but still had to wait. Got the car into the queue for service and they called to tell me that the tire had to be replaced. Immediately authorized and was told no more than 30 mins. Nearly 1.5 hours later got my car back. Had to enquire multiple times as to why. Apparently no one told the service crew to change the tire, despite someone calling me to specifically ask for authorization and it was immediately given. Getting information was impossible until my service agent came back from lunch. Complete communications failure. More
