On Saturday afternoon, Feb 9 2013, I drove my '07 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 6 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. About 75 minutes later my car was ready. I was charged $ 215.25 for the part and labor (1 hour) charge of $ 140.00. I cannot understand why it would take 1 hour to change one headlamp. More

I've been a customer of this Lexus Dealer back when they were located at 441. Ever since I have Leased 5 cars and I keep recommending this dealership to family and friends. Going to this dealer is like going home, friendly, comfortable and professional service. My sales Agent, Erik Madsen, knows his merchandise well and therefore when you take delivery of your car, very patiently spends the time necessary to show you how everything works. You get the feeling that you're dealing with an old honest friend. He will go out of his way to help. Harvey Gonzalez my service consultant, handles reception of my car when service is needed, and you can tell he has been well trained to provide the best customer service. Then there a couple of "devils". They are Barbara Angelopoulos and Ron Martin. I call the "devils" (in a nice way) because they are so smart working the numbers, no matter if you were just "browsing" for a car that day, they will make it happen and get you into a car within your budget. I enjoy it when I take my car to the service. They receive my car as soon I get to the dealer, then they have a nice cafeteria to have my coffe for free, there is a shop with beautiful things and I ca receive my car as soon I get to the dealer, then they have a nice cafeteria to have my coffe for free, there is a shop with beautiful things and I can enjoy the spa for a complimentary service if my car is going to be in the service for less than two hours or they give me a nice loan car if the service is longer.. Super nice experience every time I go!!! More

5000 mile maintenance was quick and convenient. Pleasant experience and all taken care of at no charge. Drive up, register and head to coffee shop while service performed and car washed. I always enjoy coming to the North Miami Lexus Dealership and appreciated the complimentary vehicle while mine was being serviced. I like the upfront discussion when reviewing alternative solutions to maintenance upkeep on my vehicle. I would have liked to have talked to someone directly when I picked up my vehicle about the issues noted on the receipt that showed I was required to have certain items taken care of -- though I did place a follow-up call and received the answers. Overall, a very nice dealership with an abundance of amenities for the Lexus owner. More
