An Appointment for Convienence turned into a Job I made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10:30am and arrived at 10:40am. The first initial check in was completed and waited until after 12pm I made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10:30am and arrived at 10:40am. The first initial check in was completed and waited until after 12pm until I was advised the car had not been taken to be serviced due to not speaking with an advisor. This process was very inconveniencing and and truly a waste of my precious time hence the reason an appointment was made. After all of this, I did not depart Lexus of North Miami until almost 2pm.
