Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Such a diverse and dynamic set of individuals that work at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. The service department is super amazing and especially my service consultant Eric Garcia. He rolled out the red carpet and gave me a world class experience. He was proactive and out my mind at ease when it came to utilizing my extended warranty for the first time. His mannerism and tenacity was just amazing. I would pass five dealership if I had to in order to have him as my service consultant. Each department I’ve had a pleasure to interact with I.e. cashier and Lexus boutique has been a positive experience for me. More

True Professional… Diego made my car buying experience very refreshing. He made transportation arrangements for me to get to the dealership with only having communicated with him via email. In person, he greeted me as I arrived to the dealership. The dealership is one of the nicest I have been to in a very long time. Finance Team did a good job with going over the documentation and getting everything completed in a decent amount of time. Diego made sure my vehicle was cleaned again (it was already close to immaculate) fuel was topped off and he even provided me a gift from the dealership that was most appreciated. This was definitely one of my top 3 car buying experiences and I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life.
