Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly well-handled. Jhan, the salesman I worked with, was amazing. He was patient, informative, and made sure to provide all the details I needed to feel confident in my decision. Despite the distance, Jhan communicated clearly and kept me updated every step of the way, making sure I felt fully supported throughout the process. Amauri in the finance department was equally fantastic. He was transparent, explained all my options thoroughly, and made the financing paperwork simple and easy to understand.
