The representative’s service was appropriate; however, the issue is that this is my third time going to the dealership for the same problem. Every time I bring my car in for its scheduled service, I infor the issue is that this is my third time going to the dealership for the same problem. Every time I bring my car in for its scheduled service, I inform the advisor that the vehicle pulls to the right and left, and when it reaches 80 miles per hour, it starts to vibrate. Each time I pick up my car, the issue seems to be resolved, but after just a week, the same problem reappears. It’s evident that the work is not being done properly. My car is still under warranty, and while I understand that the warranty does not cover alignment and balancing—which supposedly could be the issue—they told me I had to pay $270 just for an inspection, and if alignment and balancing were needed, they would cost an additional $150 each, plus taxes, totaling almost $800. That’s absurd. It’s frustrating and disappointing that this keeps happening. When they sell the vehicle and warranty, they promise excellent service, but when it comes time to use it, the rules change—and they don’t even perform maintenance properly. I no longer trust this dealership (North Miami) and would not recommend it to any Lexus owner. Additionally, during my second visit, when the employee delivered my car, he smelled strongly of marijuana, leaving my vehicle with a terrible odor. That’s not even the main issue—the real concern is safety. It’s unacceptable for someone under the influence to be working at the dealership. I reported the incident the same day, and while they said they would take action, nothing else was done. They didn’t even offer to wash my car to remove the smell. I truly hope this review is taken seriously. More
