Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had the absolute worse experience at this dealership. My salesperson lied and told me that the car that I brought in to trade could not be traded in because my current account with the bank I was in cont My salesperson lied and told me that the car that I brought in to trade could not be traded in because my current account with the bank I was in contract with was closed due to a late payment and when I called my current bank lender for my vehicle which I was going to trade in, they told me that they never had such conversation with the sales agent and it would have been against policy for them to do so. The bank continued to be explained that they received a call from North Miami Lexus requesting a payoff quote for the vehicle only. The sales agent was willing to be untruthful just to make a sale. These people are immoral and are willing to do and say anything to make a sale and not give two craps about anyone but making a sale only! More
