At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I want to start by giving Konstantinos credit - he delivered every step of the way, including on the backend. There were a few minor kinks, but he worked through them flawlessly. When I had to come back, Ronnie went above and beyond by providing great service and a loaner making sure everything ran smoothly. Anthony is also a gem and managed to get me in and out in no time with great efficiency - another solid person on the team.
