After being a loyal customer of this dealership for 23 years—and having purchased 9 different RX300 and RX350 vehicles—I’m most likely done with this store, though not with the Lexus brand itself. This years—and having purchased 9 different RX300 and RX350 vehicles—I’m most likely done with this store, though not with the Lexus brand itself. This recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was promised an excellent deal, but what I ended up being offered was far from it—one of the weakest deals I’ve encountered. I’m not happy at all. In the past, I was used to receiving true white-glove service. This time, it wasn’t even close. There are too many things that went wrong to go into detail here. If it weren’t for the excellent service provided by Amauri Rosario, I would say without a doubt that I’m entirely done with this dealership. More
