At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Shotty work on the front bumper of the used IS300 I bought. Once I got home i noticed the gap between the bumper and fender. Then noticed the plastic on the bumper is cracked. Made an appointment online for service, only to be told when I got there they had no record of my appointment. Even though I gave them my cell phone number, they contacted my girlfriend at her cell numb when I got there they had no record of my appointment. Even though I gave them my cell phone number, they contacted my girlfriend at her cell number to say car was ready (she previously brought my car in for service). There is never anyone there who greets and directs you when I arrive. I have to go and seek the right employee for assistance. More
