At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Genesis was wonderful but I had a terrible experience with an service representative. I LEFT LEXUS OF NORTH MIAMI VOWING TO GET ANY CAR BUT A LEXUS. I WILL NEVER STEP BACK INTO THAT DEALERSHIP. MY BROTHER IN CLEARWATER HAS BOUGHT HIS 7 LEXUS THIS TIME A HYBRID AND HAS HAD A TOTAL DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE HAD GREAT LUCKY WITH INFINITI AND THEY REPLACED A MOTOR.
