At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). We connected with Denis Shadrin and he worked with us and we decided on a three-year lease. Lexus of Miami has made the car buying process easy and friendly for the customer. We were then directed to the Finance section to see Todd Tarczynski. We were in and out of his office rather quickly and then were directed to the auto insurance representative Juan Hernandez. His friendly demeanor and his speed in finding us a better insurance deal was outstanding. Finally, after a remarkably fast time of only a few hours, we had a new car on the delivery platform. Denis gave me a review of every new electronic component, gadget, free gift and mounted my old license plate on the car for me! If you need a new car, start with Denis and Lexus of North Miami. More
