I purchased my Lexus after my Lease expired. While, probably next year I will be in the market for a new vehicle, I doubt I will purchase one from Lexus of North Miami. Your service manager is never available. The person in charge of the service shop is untruthful and incompetent. Your records are a disaster since the person in charge of service (Mike?) had no record of my extended warranty and denied it existed. Your general manager is totally non-responsive. I have been purchasing or leasing Lexus vehicles with your company since it was known as Countyline (in 1996). Everything about the company has declined. Other than my very good experience with Roland which was a rare occurrence, I have nothing good to say about Lexus of North Miami other than that it is more convenient to me than other dealerships. However, the convenience is not worth putting another dime in your pocket to purchase a vehicle from you. More
