At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The Worst Lexus Dealership I've ever been to I have never been to a worse dealership. I have had 3 Lexus cars and been to several dealers for service and this one is by far the worst. They coul I have never been to a worse dealership. I have had 3 Lexus cars and been to several dealers for service and this one is by far the worst. They could care less about you once they get your money. They are an embarrassment to the Lexus brand. If you go to the service department and see a guy named Chris Martino, I would leave immediately. He is the worst. He took pleasure in telling me they had no loaner cars on a Sunday when my a/c went out, I would bet money he was lying because I drove an hour north to a smaller dealership in Palm Beach and guess what, they took complete care of me even though it was Sunday and they are much smaller... He just didn't want to get out of his chair in his air conditioned office. He was sarcastic and rude. Other employees there told me he is always like this and they are surprised he still has a job. More

Worst Experience Ever in any Car Dealership Used Car Sales Manager Alfred Utset told me when I asked why is their the sound of wind constantly constantly in my driver & passenger window his answ Used Car Sales Manager Alfred Utset told me when I asked why is their the sound of wind constantly constantly in my driver & passenger window his answer was "that model does that, turn your radio up". When asked if their are headphones for the DVD players in my headrests and do they move up and down his answer was "no they are aftermarket" when in fact they do move up and down and the dealership installed them, just didn't provide the headphones with car. When asked why I only am receiving one beat up key with the car and that I need two, one of which must be a wallet key his response was "that model only came with one and they do not make a wallet key for that car" even after I showed him on the Lexus website my model car and year not only came with the wallet key and regular key he refused to even look at the facts, he even signed his name on his business card to provide a new set of keys but outright refuses to do so. Not Good!!! More
