At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Customer Service is of no importance to them After returning a lease vehicle received a $608 bill that the cargo cover was missing. We had the cover at home and when we received the notice of the After returning a lease vehicle received a $608 bill that the cargo cover was missing. We had the cover at home and when we received the notice of the bill said that we have it and will bring it in. We were told too late. Suggestion... An easy fix is to do a cursory inspection upon turning the vehicle in to avoid a charge to your customers. I was told it is not our problem because the bank owns the car. Explained it is still your product and I am still your customer. Again not our problem. Deal with it. When I suggested we may go back to Mercedes I was told "your prerogative". With this lack of concern for your customers you have lost us as future customers after 4 Lexus cars. More

Deceiving and Untrusty We had a deal for a RX350(F) at another dealer which we did not take since the Lexus of North Miami Sales Manager called me himself and told me that h We had a deal for a RX350(F) at another dealer which we did not take since the Lexus of North Miami Sales Manager called me himself and told me that he would beat that deal on the interest % that we did not agreed at the other dealer, my credit score is +820. Upon showing up Juan Mallea our original sales rep excused himself due to he was with another client and leave with a junior sales rep which went through the whole pitch that we were trying to avoid. We raised up our offer to take not TWO but THREE Lexus(es) and all we wanted to see was the bottom line for the other 2 cars. This is when they took us to the office to try to close us on a deal that they never disclosed. Upon our reluctance to stay they brought the original Sales Manager (GUS) who told me to come in and then they also brought in their GM (at least he identified himself as such)who is a total disrespectful person. In a nutshell if you can't beat someone else don't lie to your potential customers. As a Family we are on our fifth Lexus and after this experience we might be switching. Terrible experience. Beware of the false commitment. More
