Mr. Bates assited us in the lease of a new RX350. Our purpose was to check out the new RX350 and possibly consider it as a new lease in August when our current lease was up. Although we had no intension purpose was to check out the new RX350 and possibly consider it as a new lease in August when our current lease was up. Although we had no intension to lease so soon Mr. Bates without any presure took his time to explain the RX350 featues as well as took us for a test drive. He put no presure on us but treated us as if we were there to buy. Because of the time (several hours) that he took with us in explaining in details the new RX350 as well as the ammenities of your dealer we felt comfortable with Mr.Bates and therfore looked into the possibility of an early trade on are leases. Josh, along with Use Car Manager Alfred gave us a deal that we felt was fair and after 5 years from our last Lexus we are very glad to be back in a new Lexus again. I can not stress enough that the ease and non presure attitude of Josh Bates as well as his patience with customers that upfront told him we were just looking is the main reason that we decided to work a deal that lead us back into a Lexus (also the make "lexus" is by far the best). Our experience at Lexus of North Miami was truly pleasurable. I had been working with Mr. Wayne Sommer in hopes of finding a used Lexus for my wife and he was always ready to assist through emails pleasurable. I had been working with Mr. Wayne Sommer in hopes of finding a used Lexus for my wife and he was always ready to assist through emails and phone calls as I was in a travel cycle for work and not in town. He patiently dealt with this situation and never treated us with any pushiness etc. as it was about 4 weeks of calls/email before we ever even came to the dealership which was to sign the documents and drive home! The overall level of professionalism is to be commended not only from Wayne but also Syed in finance and the rest of the team. We were made to feel valued and important which is not always the case, especially with rebuilding credit and a special finance situation. Wayne himself will earn my business again wherever he may go. I hope he remains at Lexus of North Miami! More

The best of all was Mr. Jeff Life, who, as the Finance & Lease Manager made it painless and seamless. His quiet demeanor was most pleasant to deal with and I was out of his office in under 15 minutes signing "my life away". The total experience was unbelievable....one that I have never encountered in a dealership before. I will definitely recommend Lexus of North Miami to my friends and relatives as the ONLY LEXUS dealership to purchase their new cars. Of the 6 cars I bought before, this dealership stands second to none. It is by far the best experience i've had buying a car. The dealership itself is awesome, "Customer Service to the Max". You're greeted immediately when you enter the fabulous showroom but not attacked by some hungry shark mentality of a salesman. Everyone treats you like royalty not knowing anything about your income. My salesperson "Frank" was awesome, I admitted to him I wanted to try other makes and models of cars such and BMW, Audi, Infinity and the Benz. I also asked him why I should buy a Lexus over all the other vehicles and he pointed out several things to look for when buying a vehicle such as standard equipment vs optional equipment, how the vehicle should feel while driving, maintenance etc;. We'll I went to all theses other dealerships and as I began to test drive some of the vehicles, one particular dealerships (Audi) I felt like I was being sized me up to determined if in fact I could afford to spend money. I intentionally went there in scrubby clothes ( jeans and flip flops) to see if I would be greeted as Lexus had. Audi had not, salespersons were busy having a water cooler moment making jokes amongst themselves as I walked around the showroom. Terrible customer service. This is not to bash any particular dealership, I'm just sharing my experiences. I walked out of showroom after no one ever acknowledged me. The other dealerships were ok but I was not impressed with some of the rush to test drive and sign on the dotted line. My point is no matter who has the most popular or not so popular type of vehicle, or how the consumer dresses, the ultimate test for me is once I leave that showroom (purchasing a vehicle) will that dealership (salesman) still remember me, respect me, and not insult my intelligence by never acknowledging me on my return for questions or information on my purchase. Test and point. I was having some minor difficulty with my phone and the blue-tooth. I showed up without an appointment, asked for Frank (my previous) salesman and he immediately came to the area where I was waiting and assisted me with my issue. Not only did he resolve the problem (I was creating myself) he also introduced me to another salesman Alex who was the "guru" on blue-tooth. Alex invited me to call on him in the event Frank was not available in the future and that he would be more than happy to assist. Both are such professionals and every time I've visited the dealership either to visit the spa or just to get a car wash they remember you not as a number but as a client/customer and by name. Lexus of North Miami is the leader (bar none) of Customer Service. My experiences here have made me feel like this is my family and I will always be loyal to my family Lexus from this day forward. You Rock!!!!!! More
