At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Worst experience that I have ever had. Sales mgr Insulted me Three weeks after agreeing and signing a lease contract, I got a called from the dealership saying that they needed to change the lease terms. The new terms they wanted to force me to accept were extremely unfair. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. Constantly engaging in a unethical behavior. Only one person form the entire dealership treated me well. More

Casual experience I went in to get my battery checked. It had a bad cell so it was replaced. As i waited, it was appraised and i saw a few new models. By the time the c I went in to get my battery checked. It had a bad cell so it was replaced. As i waited, it was appraised and i saw a few new models. By the time the car was ready, i was working in a deal to trade in my older vehicle for a new one. My interest rate was better and i would have the same payments so i left with a new GS. Its my fourth lexus in 10 years and still have the other 2 because they rarely have any problems. The salesman was extremely patient, as was the guy in finance. More
