It Makes Me Wounder How They Treat Thier Employees. I Plan to Reach Out To The Founder And The Ceo They list On Thier Website To Inform Them How Thier Clients Are Being Mistreated And Disrespected Under GM Vladimir Keslin Knowlege and Acceptance . I Already Filled A Compliant With The Better Business Bureau And Toyota corporation (Lexus) . Also My Legal Team Is Exploring Possibility Of Filling Compliant With The State Attorney's office Because The Way Payment Was Quoted To My Husband Included Gap Coverage With out Him Asking For It ( Payment Packing ) . Payment Packing Can Rang Between Questionably Unethical To Downright Illegal ; Dealership Should Quote Payments Transparently With Out Including Any Coverage . Additionally We Were Quoted Interest Rate 8.99% @72 Month Term Even Though Toyota (Lexus) Finance Approved Us @6.99% For 72 Month Term. They Have This Customer Relation Manager Brittany Claiming They Thrive On Respect and professionalism -What A Joke. I Will Make Sure This Matter Escalates To Ownership And The Proper Authorities To Prevent This From Happening To Other Clients .Terrible Experience All Stemming From A Phone Call With This Awful Manager Sean Kamal . I made the appointment quite in advance just to make sure I get a loaner. Even though I called to verify the day before, they still didn’t have a car for me and they tried to just do the work quick and unpro I get a loaner. Stay away , horrible experience, tried to buy my wife $74000 Lexus GX , put $5000 refundable deposit based on what I was told on 01/11/2025 , delivery was supposed to be before end of January , never hap $74000 Lexus GX , put $5000 refundable deposit based on what I was told on 01/11/2025 , delivery was supposed to be before end of January , never happened, so I took my business elsewhere, told salesman it’s no go , he said no refund on deposit because vehicle was reserved for me , non sense, so I dispute it with my American Express card company , received a call this morning from incompetent, vulgar, disrespectful , low life general sales manager Sean kamal , trying to push the sale on me , hang up on me , so I called back the general manager Vladimir keslin told him about his unprofessional, disrespectful staff he has in place , his response was he can’t do anything about it ( one of those empty suits , useless ) , I am reporting dealership to bbb and Lexus corporation about their deceptive unprofessional sales tactics, also ownership needs strongly reevaluate the leadership they currently have in place due to incompetence, carelessness and utter disregards for their clients , Rubbish.
