At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). On the 2019 NX 300 I leased on May 17, the vehicle was delivered dirty, missing valve stem caps, missing F Sport right fender badge which was confirmed by my home survelliance cameras which showd the badge missing when I pullefd into my drive way returning from the dealetship. Overall a bad expierence and your fianance rep Mauricio is very shaddy in his deals and needs customer service training.I have a long history with Lexus and own a ISF. I would strongly recommend to re visit my deal. More

People are friendly if you look like a buyer. More
