At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The Service Advisor, Ronnie is excellent! The service was very good. But it took 30 minutes for me to have my car brought to me once I was finished at the cashier. This has happened to me the last several times and is unacceptable. There’s definitely an issue and inefficiency Olin that area. More
