We drove from a distance to look at a 2010 hardtop convertible. We loved the service, the dealership and Sue Iacopelli our sales consultant. The car is amazing and drives very smooth. I was in the early stages of car shopping when on a whim my husband and I decided to stop at the Lexus of Merrillville dealership. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted promptly, and asked how we could be helped. Ric Coven our salesman showed us a 2010 RX 350 with all the features that were on my "wish list" in one of the colors I wanted. One look inside of it, and the test drive sold me, and my husband! Ric then gave us a tour of the spotless waiting area,and explained the great service to be expected. We were introduced to several members of the Lexus team, and everyone was pleasant. From the get-go, Ric was kind, courteous and very professional. His vast knowledge of the Lexus GX470 was very helpful to me. She let me test drive the vehicle and did not pressure me at all. When I went in to order the vehicle, I had a very pleasant price negotiating experience. When my vehicle was not going to come in on time, I was quickly given a loaner RX 350 to drive. This dealership went above and beyond to make my car buying experience great.
