Poor customer service We have bought 9 Toyota's and our 3rd and last Lexus! Never again will we buy from them windshield had flaw were it looked as if you were looking thro We have bought 9 Toyota's and our 3rd and last Lexus! Never again will we buy from them windshield had flaw were it looked as if you were looking through prescription glass after we thought my grandfather was having a stroke bc every time he drive the Lexus got sick went for emergency testing and nothing is wrong! Then one day look at the windshield and it's "rippled" if your over 5'9 You couldn't drive the car with out getting sick from the blurrness from the windshelid this dealership refused to fix the situation and after 6 months of Lexus specialists looking and not fixing saying it just the windshield we got a loner same year make and model and nothing was wrong with this windshield still wouldn't fix it. Will never buy from them again. More

The BEST experience! Everyone knows how stressful car shopping can be and it took me going to 5 dealerships before I arrived at Lexus of Merrillville. I met my sales person Marc Lovejoy over the phone first and from there I was blown away by the genuine customer service. Marc Lovejoy knew that I did not have a car at the time and even extended an offer to come and pick me up to bring me to the Lexus dealership. (This hands down was the best part of the experience). Mr. Lovejoy kept his word and arrived on time! Once we arrived at the dealership to my surprise every possible vehicle option we discussed was pulled up and ready for a test drive. I found a Car and was on my way all smiles! Overall I am in love with my car I am happy to have met Mr. Lovejoy and Roxanne who also made every bit of the financing part less stressful with her genuine passion to see me walk away with the car I wanted. Satisfied and Happy. I was nervous when I walked in,NOT a place for me. But I wanted to meet the Car I navigated on line, and the Employees were so welcoming and inviting, I was nervous when I walked in,NOT a place for me. But I wanted to meet the Car I navigated on line, and the Employees were so welcoming and inviting, I continued to pursue the car I was intrestsed in. They introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable and didn't do a lot of B.S. TALKING or push another car they want to sell, especially a to a female. Like other small dealers do. They brought the car out for a test drive and I knew I had to have it. The process didn't take long, I went and got the car insurance and went back for the signatures at my convience and Whalla,, I have my new car.
