My wife and I have always envisioned ourselves in a Lexus RX 350 but we knew it is an expensive luxurious vehicle that is far from what we could affor My wife and I have always envisioned ourselves in a Lexus RX 350 but we knew it is an expensive luxurious vehicle that is far from what we could afford. Nevertheless we thought to ourselves that we would just go window shopping just to see what prices we would get. Therefore, we decided to call Lexus of Rockville Centre. We were so impressed by how professional, courteous and honest the salesman was over the phone that we decided to go check out the dealership immediately. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by Matthew Montana who was very professional, nice and helpful. His customer service skills were exceptional. He showed us the Lexus RX 350 and worked very hard with us to try to make our dream a reality. Finally we came up with a package that was affordable for my wife and I and we were able to drive off in our brand new 2015 Lexus RX350. This whole experience was nothing short of a miracle and we are very thankful to Matthew Montana, and the entire staff at Lexus of Rockville Centre. More

He left his desk a number of times, sometimes for many minutes at a stretch, and finally produced his wise guy manager who did not even identify himself, but wanted a deposit for a car they could not even supply a VIN for. This is a sketchy operation that uses questionable sales tactics. I recommend that you stay away. This was once a reputable dealership where I bought a few cars, but since it has been taken over by the detestable Atlantic Auto Group, it is a disaster. I went to Rallye Lexus and was very well treated and bought the car. Rallye is highly recommended. More

He was very knowledgable and went out of his way to find the car that would make me happy-being Lexus was not my first choice. He then introduced us to his salesperson Michael Fiore who also was a pleasure to work with. Between the two of them I think that's why I decided to get a Lexus and I have to say I love it!! Service was awful. Title was somehow delayed 3 weeks and received no phone calls. I had to call numerous times. Right after I picked up the car I received a recall notice. When i asked the used car manager why it wasn't taken care in the weeks it was sitting waiting for a title I got no answer but was promised a quick response. That was 19 months ago. Experience with the fellow trying to sell me add ons was cute too. He was my best buddy until he realized I wasn't interested and just about threw me out of his office. Had another experience with the service department just recently. Brought the car in because of a low pressure light. The tech said tire had a nail which they do not handle. No problem. Brought it into my local shop owner who could not find a nail. Oh, the light has not come back on. However, the car picked up a clump of tar from a just redone parking lot that I picked up. It was on the same tire that supposedly had the nail.I heard the wheel thumping and my local shop owner took 20 minutes to scrape off the tar. When I called the dealer to complain that the tech should have noted the tar on my tire and that this would have been the professional thing to do I was told the service manager would call me right back. That was about a month ago., Still waiting. There is actually more, but I do not want to bore anyone Bottom line- an awful dealership. More

He is truly professional and really wanted to understand what we needed. We were looking for a great car and he surely provided that. We walked in at 3pm on Sunday, when the showroom closes at 5. Not only did Clement get us the best price he could, he even moved his dinner plans in order to ensure that we got into our car that day. We were there until 6:30, and every moment of it was a pleasant experience. We will certainly be returning to Lexus of RVC, and specifically to Clement for many years to come. More

My new sales associate, Clement Max Carriette, was much more than I expected. The first time I stopped in to inquire about my lease termination I was treated in a calm, pleasant, pressure free atmosphere. Clement explained - at length - all aspects of leasing a new Lexus before the lease was up in October. We went for a test drive & many of my concerns were addressed. I decided to lease a new IS250 & a few days later a call came from Clement to set up a convenient time & day to pick up the car. A few days ago I had another rewarding time spent with Clement. He spent several hours with me & made sure I felt secure in my new car. His caring attitude, unhurried service, & knowledge of my car helped me to feel at ease leaving the dealership. The next day there was a follow up call from him, as well. I highly recommend this sales associate. More

The salesman assigned to us, Patrick Picarsic , was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our general and more technical questions thoroughly and when necessary sought the assistance of service department personnel. The information provided during our test drive provided us with additional information about the functions and operations of the various systems. The sales and finance managers were friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. All in all a good buyers experience and would recommend a visit to this dealership if you are considering purchasing a new Lexus in this area. More
They will prey on you and trick you Ok so lexus put a recall on the throttle body in my GS300. My check engine light came on and the code from auto zone said throttle body was bad. Shoul Ok so lexus put a recall on the throttle body in my GS300. My check engine light came on and the code from auto zone said throttle body was bad. Should be simple but NOOO! The service center lady told me that her mechanics had to check it and that would cost over a $125 and then if they concluded the same thing then they would replace the part. They concluded that they needed $300 more for more diagnosis!!! So I took my car, bought the throttle body part from ebay for $240 and replaced it at another shop for $40!!! Total of $280. I wish I had never heard of this place or of a recall. I felt helpless and violated by this place. More
Disappointing Although outwardly friendly, and seemingly conscientious, I found the staff to be disingenuous in the way they dealt with me. When a sales manager says, "I'm a nice guy" three times in a short conversation to try to get you to put a deposit on a car they did not have and could not sell, my antenna went way up, and I felt I was being scammed. I cannot help but feel this is a very slick operation and was glad that I walked out without making a deal. Your experience may be very different depending on your sales rep, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place if you are considering a Lexus, which is a fine automobile.
