Hello, I've been a long time customer of Lexus of Rockville Center for the service of my 2005 RX330. Love that car so much but I wanted to upgrade to a newer one. Well I couldn't be happier, I got the car I wanted, with all the extras I wanted but more importantly, at the price I wanted. It took a little back and forth but the bottom line is I'm another satisfied and loyal customer of Lexus of Rockville Center. I started looking on Wednesday and by Saturday I picked up my new SUV. By the way, whether it's Risa at the service department or Leo in sales, I don't think you'll find more knowledgeable people, not to mention courteous and very respectful. And now a days at many car dealerships it's very hard to find, that level of integrity combined with expertise, so I'm very thankful to them. I must say one more thing, I don't normally take time to write these reviews, however I do read them and find them helpful, but I'm so happy and satisfied that I thought I would share my experience. I am a repeat customer of Lexus of Rockville Center and have just bought my third lexus from them. They give hassle free service and make your buying experience worth remembering. Everyone from the valet to the service & sales advisers were courteous, but I would like to single out their Financial Services Manager, Mr.Joe Montana who is a great guy. He went out of the way to provide good interest rate, quick approval and technical advise about selection of accessories. Lexus cars speak for themselves, but it is the customer service which produces satisfied customers and generates repeat business. I give dealership 5 stars in customer satisfaction and would highly recommend them. More
Lemme tell ya... I HATE car dealers. However, Lexus of RVC has absolutely changed my opinion. It was time for a new car. My father is on his 3rd Lexus and swears by them. He usually goes to Lexus of Massapequa (RVC is their sister dealer). I've had my eye on an IS for a while, so at the recommendation of him and another friend who has purchased from RVC, I took a ride over since they are closer to home. Now, I've never owned a luxury car. So, right from the beginning, when I pulled up and there was a valet, I knew I was in for a great experience. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and just felt like they were genuinely happy to see me. I sat down with Sheila, we chatted for a bit, went on a test drive in an IS, and then it was down to business. Since I am a self admitted impulse buyer, I had to show extreme restraint. The car really sells itself so Sheila probably had it in the bag about 2 minutes in (and I'm sure she knew it, since she's been at this for a while), but I wasn't prepared to make a deal that night. Actually, I would have - but my father would have smacked me upside the head, so I made an appointment to come back. By the way, Sheila is a doll. She asked the right questions, listened to what I wanted, and we put together a car with options that suited my needs. She was very professional and has a lot of experience. She wanted me to buy the car right then and there (of course), but respected the fact that I wanted to think about it, talk it over at home, and come back. I went back a day or so later with my father and made the deal. I know they need to make their money since, after all, they are in business - but they worked with us and I didn't feel like I got raked over the coals and taken for a ride (so to speak). I was even offered a $1,000 loyalty credit on top of the money they took off since my father is a current Lexus owner. The manager personally thanked me as well. So overall, it was a really great experience. I pick up the car tomorrow night and can't wait. I would (and will) recommend Lexus of RVC to any of my friends and family. More
I called in ADVANCE and made an appointment for Jan 26th, 2:30. I provided all the pertinent information regarding the make/model of my car. Today I spent almost 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car and finally 2:30. I provided all the pertinent information regarding the make/model of my car. Today I spent almost 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car and finally demanded it back and left there with NOTHING done! After 2 full hours I demanded to know what was going on and they told me they didn't have the right filter and they had to send out for it. Since this wasn't a "surprise drop-in visit" this is ridiculous. Not one person had the decency to tell me about this and give me the opportunity to reschedule. After demanding that my car be returned, I had to wait another half hour for them to get it off the lift. 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done--not even WASHED! The manager, Juan Gonzalez thanked me for saving FUTURE customers from having to put up with this lack of service. I should be paid a consulting fee! What kind of Service department needs to be advised to have the necessary parts on hand in advance of a service appointment? If they can't be trusted with an OIL CHANGE, how incompetent are they?!? More

Made an appointment to see a certified pre owned IS250 that was listed on their sight. Received an e-mail stating car was available and a phone call confirming the appointment the next morning. When my wife and I arrived (Stamford to Long Island) Roland informed us that the car had been sold the day before. Surprise Surprise. There were a couple of others with a few more miles that we would consider. We took one for a spin and decided to see if we could reach an agreement. After giving Roland our all in number he went to the manager to see if they could do it. After 10 minutes and my wife and I about to leave he comes back and says we have a deal. He begins to input the data and we are chatting and my wife casually mentions that this car is certified pre owned so it comes with the terrific lexus warranty 3 years 100k miles right? Roland responds oh no we can't give you that at this price that's a $1,500 item so we are taking that out. I tell him that changes the deal because i was under the impression that Lexus vehicles come with this warranty and that it is not a separate add on. He says we can split the difference but at this point my wife have a bad vibe about the whole thing since if we hadn't asked he wasn't going to say anything and tha's not being very upfront about the deal. So we left and are buying a different car from a different dealer. More

The Technician has no knowledge and can't find out the problem, wants to charge me for labor when my car still under factory warranty. Leuxs of Rockville makes Lexus look bad. Please hire some experience technican instead of people just guessing and without experience and ripping consumer off. Thanks More
