Consumer be ware of dealer service department. All new staff and service estimates very inflated pushing exaggerated service and things that should be covered under a brand warranty coverage are n All new staff and service estimates very inflated pushing exaggerated service and things that should be covered under a brand warranty coverage are not and note environmental factors caused the problem. They push to have you file insurance claims for ridiculous amounts like $15,000 yes that was amount . I have been with them for years and will never go back Also put in claim with NCDS against Lexus and dealership. This is my first bad review of any dealership. Choose wisely More

My husband and I walked into the Lexus dealership in Freeport and felt very at home. We were greeted by a wonderful salesman named Clemente Corriette.
