Above & Beyond Customer Service!!! I work as a nurse and really needed a reliable transportation to and from work during this pandemic. Zahid and the entire team at Lexus of Edison went I work as a nurse and really needed a reliable transportation to and from work during this pandemic. Zahid and the entire team at Lexus of Edison went above and beyond in helping me get a car immediately before all businesses were mandated to temporarily shut down the next day. Although they knew about the urgency of my need for a car, I never once felt that they were taking advantage of me. They took care of the entire process for me while I was at work taking care of patients and the quote I was given over the phone was the exact final price I was given. Zahid is an amazing and very trustworthy agent who really puts his clients' best interest as his main priority. It is difficult to find a car sales agent that you can really trust but everyone at this dealership was exceptional and I would certainly go back to them for my future purchases. I 100% recommend this dealership, and especially ZAHID! Thank you for taking care of me and for being so flexible. I am absolutely loving my UX 250h F-sport thanks to all your help! More

TERRIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE This has been a mess from the start beginning with a sales person that is in need of further training on how to ascertain information for his customer This has been a mess from the start beginning with a sales person that is in need of further training on how to ascertain information for his customer. When I arrived at dealership to look at this certified 2015 RX350, naturally I had some questions THAT MY SALES PERSON WOULD NOT ANSWER AND WOULD NOT TRY TO FIND OUT. My question was "What did your dealership service due during the reconditioning stage" Greg responded, I don't know and would not further comment. I knew at that point that I’m dealing with a new "untrained" sales person so rather than leave with this vehicle, I went home and had to do my own research on this vehicle's vin number on the Lexus maintenance history and to my surprise, service folks did a lot. How does a sales person not know what was done to the very product s/he was selling? How does Kelvin Canilo, pre-owned manager allow this to happen? Terrible Job. Then my already bad experience became worse, if that was possible. The finance manager, Carlos Davila, immediately treated me very unprofessionally right away. Mr. Carlos Davila was talking down to me and I can tell he does not seem happy with his position at Lexus of Edison based on his lack of professionalism and his manners, he never greeted me or welcomed me when I walked in to his office. Additionally, Mr. Davila did not explain any of the paperwork, failed to give me copies of all the paperwork I signed and (believe it or not) gave me another customer’s temp insurance card (a 2020 rx, not the 2015 I actually purchased). I'm so lucky I didn't get stopped by a police that night. As I was leaving Mr. Carlos Davila’s office, I realized I had another question so I turned around and (when he thought I was not coming back) Carlos rolled his eyes. Terrible way to treat anyone, let alone a customer. fast forward when my registration arrived, my sales person Greg Samuels, assured me, per my request, that we are only transferring plates from the vehicle I traded in and I showed all of his text exchange to Riz, the GM. When I arrived to pick up my registration, I realized that Greg lied to me. I realized that I was getting new plates and the refund check I received was less than what the initial purchase order figures showed so Carlos, the finance person began screaming at me in the middle of the show room floor and he didn't even care that Kelvin Canilo, the pre-owned sales manager was there. Kelvin didn't even say a word to him to his finance manager to try to stop him. How does a manger not send his employee home after he just started screaming at a customer? TERRIBLE JOB KELVIN. I then requested a meeting with Riz, the GM and he was nice enough to allow me to give him in great length my experience from start to finish and he was shocked, to say the least. He called Kelvin in his office and Kelvin confirmed everything I was saying about Carlos, the finance person yelling at me in the middle of the showroom floor was in fact the truth. Mr. Riz, the GM, was shocked to hear that this occurred. Terrible Job Lexis of Edison. This, by far, was the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered! To this day, never even got an apology from Carlos Davila for his behavior. How does a reputable dealership have people like that working for them? Does ownership know this is happening in their dealership? Simply the worst experience ever and I am sorry I didn't go to another dealership where the sales people know the vehicles they are selling and the management cares about their customers and where management takes immediate action when they witness their finance employee melting down and screaming at a customer. Terrible Job! More
Went in for service today and got JACOB LINK as my service advisor. Jacob did a great job explaining my recommended and required services and kept me updated and inform though out my entire visit. Service Beyond Excelent! My Wife and I recently purchased a used 2019 Challenger Shaker Scat Pack from Lexus of Edison. We traveled from South Jersey to look at their car, and My Wife and I recently purchased a used 2019 Challenger Shaker Scat Pack from Lexus of Edison. We traveled from South Jersey to look at their car, and found our Dream Car! Dale Johnson was Very helpful, an All around Great Man to assist us. The Staff at their Dealership went out of their way to make us feel Welcome. They even served us Lunch. This was the first dealership that the sales person, Dale followed up with a phone call the next day to see if we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Dale and Lexus of Edison. More
Purchased a brand new ES-350 (2018) from Lexus in Edison that Included 5 year warranty and What I was mistakenly told 3 years of maintenance at purchase. Quite honestly, for a caliber of a car like Lexus, that Included 5 year warranty and What I was mistakenly told 3 years of maintenance at purchase. Quite honestly, for a caliber of a car like Lexus, this this would be a standard. It is for my Audi A4 and BMW offers it for life. After two services (and 17K miles) my wife was told to pay $120 for tire rotation. Frankly, as an owner for two ES-350’s, I find this unacceptable - this will definitely influence my (and any friends /family) choice of purchasing a Lexus in the future More
Although I had a great relationship/experience with the sales rep, the vehicle I was sold had to be towed due to some problems that showed/lit up on the dashboard. I couldn't drive it after Jan 5th because it began to jerk once the gears shift w/a loud banging sound during shifts. See the following that appeared on my dash screen - CURRENT VEHICLE ALERTS: Check Engine01/05/2020A malfunction in the electronic control of the engine, throttle, or automatic transmission has been detected. Contact your Lexus dealer in order to have your vehicle inspected. All-Wheel Drive System01/05/2020A malfunction in the All-Wheel Drive System has been detected. Contact your Lexus dealer in order to have your vehicle inspected. Advanced Ultrasonic Detecting and Ranging System01/05/2020A malfunction in the Intelligent Clearance Sonar System has been detected. Do not rely on this system. Contact your Lexus dealer in order to have your vehicle inspected. In addition, the wipes banged when turned on & a suction sound/bang developed when opening the driver's door. Unfortunately the vehicle was towed to LEXUS dealer in Monmouth-Ray Catina. They worked diligently... & returned it to me in one day. I rate Lexus of Edison a 3 because I had a great experience with the Kelvin, manager. However an unarguably much better job need to be done if a vehicle sits for a yr in their lot. My vehicle is a 2019 RX 350-Purchased 12/27/2019. Hopefully these problems will not be a reoccurring issue. More

We were directed to see Mr. Manish Vyas, who took me and my family for an inventory tour followed by a test drive. Even though, our intention was absolutely not to get a car right away, but the way Mr. Vyas presented and modified the offer by tailoring down the cost and related expenses to our requirements and budget, prompted us to make a decision right there. The vehicle we purchased is fantastic and it has everything that we were looking for and we were 100% satisfied with our decision in having that deal finalized. I would strongly recommend to contact Mr. Vyas if you really want to get your dream vehicle from Lexus of Edison. He is the best sales consultant a vehicle customer could ever find. More
