I went to Lexus of Edison already in the Lexus fold. I was looking to return an IS300 for an RX350 f sport. Great Price + Great Service = easy transaction I had an easy time buying my car here. I emailed the dealership with a competitive quote from another dealership. They had agreed to match it to save I had an easy time buying my car here. I emailed the dealership with a competitive quote from another dealership. They had agreed to match it to save me the drive to PA. I sent over my paperwork via email and the next day I picked up the car. Pick up was smooth, in and out in under 40 minutes. My salesman was Joe Scerbo who was nothing by friendly, informative, no pressure type of guy. I felt respected, valued, and I was treated fairly. It was pleasant and not stressful. I was impressed. I will be reaching out to Joe again when I am in a market for a vehicle. More

The process leading up to the sale was excellent. It declined slightly because of the length of time it took to sign all the paperwork. It would also be much better if all of the extra protection (wear declined slightly because of the length of time it took to sign all the paperwork.
