I entered the dealership knowing that I was going to purchase the Lexus RX 350. The salesman assigned to me, Steven Tong, was very courteous and accommodative. I was in the market for a certified 2010 Lexus IS 350C.I've been scouring the internet for a suitable one since last October unsuccessfully until one popped up the 3rd week of January this year at Le 350C.I've been scouring the internet for a suitable one since last October unsuccessfully until one popped up the 3rd week of January this year at Lexus of Edison in New Jersey.So on Wed. January 30th(my birthday) I decided to do a web inquiry.Nick Peresunko called me right away.I explained to him that I live on Long Island,NY and that I'm very interested in the car but that I can't travel back and forth to his dealership due to the distance and those expensive tolls.I also didn't want to play games or get a runaround.Nick was very straightforward and professional.Nick personally went and inspected the car and emailed me photos of the only minor blemish that was on the car.We were able to negotiate a price on the IS 350C and on my trade-in all by phone and email.Now, I do wish I had gotten a little bit more for my trade-in, but it's all good.On Sat. February 2nd I went into the dealership for the first time, where all my paperwork was already waiting for me.I was able to personally inspect and test drive the car.Everything Nick said about the car was on the money.Nick then brought me in to sit with Danny Mercado(finance).Danny was also straightforward and very professional,no B.S.,just the way I like it.He did not try to talk me into things that I did not need.We were able to complete everything on my one and only visit.The car is now secured in my garage.Nice birthday gift to myself!!! Having purchased all of our new vehicles through internet sales (this was our 6th) - by far, this was the smoothest, easiest transaction we've ever experienced (which is critical to us). The car buying experience can often times be tedious, frustrating and disappointing, with 'last minute' changes or fees added in i.e. glass etching. Bob knew exactly what we were looking for, not only with regard to the vehicle we wanted, but with regard to the 'car buying experience' we expect and demand- honest, fast, easy, 'in and out' to pick up our car, paperwork ready when we arrive). Having completed everything he could in advance, Bob was completely prepared when we arrived, ensuring that we completed all of the necessary paperwork/details quickly so we could spend more time enjoying our new Lexus. After showing us our new vehicle, Bob took the time to take us through (step by step) all of the interior features and even helped by programming our Bluetooth so we could use it on the drive home. We would definitely buy our next Lexus through your dealership again with Bob as our preferred salesperson. More

Dale Johnson is an embarrassment to the company. I can't imagine anyone hanging up on a potential buyer when the buyer was trying to find out the price on the car. Dale was beyond unprofessional and clearly that filters down and around to the entire dealership. I guess that's why the Google Ratings are so poor, it's indicative of the culture there. The intent to screw every customer and get away with it is not something that should be tolerated. Dale should not be dealing with customers and if it was my dealership, he would have been fired long ago. More
I am so happy with my used 2010 chevy camaro ss. I am from Michigan and didnt even see the car only seen pictures so I was very nervous buying a $30,000.00 car without seeing it and let me tell you it wa from Michigan and didnt even see the car only seen pictures so I was very nervous buying a $30,000.00 car without seeing it and let me tell you it was a great deal it was 3500 under any other price I could find with how nice it looked and the low mileage that was on it.But I will tell you Nick in sales was great he sent me many pics of the car told me almost to perfection to were there was two little scratches. He always called and kept up with me at least every other day until It was picked up and shipped to me. The dealership also sent me a nice birthday card and he even set me up with a person to ship it here. Nick is a great salesman not pushy and will answer any questions you have I am very happy with my new ride and would tell anyone buy from Nick at the lexus of edision dealership.
