The weather was damp and rainy and you pulled the car indoors so that we could inspect the vehicle throughly. You even afforded us the time to explain the various luxury and navigation functions including uploading my address book. I have been in different dealerships and found Lexus of Edison being the most friendly and honest one by far. I told Steven of the price and option I prefered on the new Lexus I like; and Steven was very helpful; he offered the test drive to make sure I get the actual feel on the car I want. I have already fall in love with the car after the test drive, and I decided to buy it. But I am a very hard headed person; I would only take the car with the exact color and options I wanted, no more and no less. Steven had been very patient with me and he worked very hard to find the exact car that met my criteria of options and price in their inventory. After all the process; I met with Daniel Mercado, the financial service manager; he professionally explained all other options and protections I could purchase with the car. He was very nice and friendly with me even though I didn't add on anything more besides the option I wanted. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant, I drove away with my new Lexus the same day. Their after sales follow up's are great; very convenience online for servicing appointment; free car wash...etc. My overall experence with Lexus of Edision is excellent; I definitely will go back to this dealer for my next Lexus! His attitude, professionalism is really impressiive. He is very proactive, honest and it looks like he enjoyed working with me. He helped me a lot after the purchase as well. I had some questions related to registration, reimbursment for some fees I paid during the purchase and I was always getting the immediate response with updated information. Such reps as Steven is a 'gold reserve' of the company. I will definetely visit the Lexus of Edison when time comes for the new purchase. Thank you for your business! More

Daniel Mercado was honest about what extra warranties or coverage I should really consider. Steven Tong was great! He even stayed late for us to drive up the 2 hours to Edison to pick the vehicle which was in perfect condition and fully detailed when we arrived. I would definitely visit them again for my next vehicle. More

While searching a vehicle to purchase, Steven Tong was very helpful. He was very patient with me as I wanted to look at several different cars and test drive them. I purchased my first Lexus from Tri County Lexus and the experience was not good. Since then I have relied on the service from Bridgewater and they were great. I saw a car I was interested and figured if experience was not good. Since then I have relied on the service from Bridgewater and they were great. I saw a car I was interested and figured if the service dept was good the sales dept would be just as helpful. I met with David and he took good care of me. As with any car purchase there is a matter of negotiation and David was willing to work with me on my trade in value to get the car I wanted. He was extremely thorough and patient and will recommend his services. In addition the finance dept was very thorough in explaining that end of the transaction. Thanks David! More
I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership back around September/2007 and did not enjoy that experience. Reluctantly I visited this dealership again (in fear of a repeat experience) just to co back around September/2007 and did not enjoy that experience. Reluctantly I visited this dealership again (in fear of a repeat experience) just to compare pricing vs. my research and to take a look at the car up-close. To my surprise I was pleasantly greeted by a sales associate (Nick) who took time to listen and understand what I was looking for and explained to me features and highlights of the car. The interaction between myself and he sales associate (Nick) was comforting vs. the pushiness and awkwardness I felt during my 1st visit back in September/2007. This was the best car-buying experience I have had to date, as evidence by me taking time to write this review. Nick was a joy to do business with and as a result I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends/relatives who are in search of buying a car. More
