He patiently showed me the inventory and explained the Pros and Cons of the two vehicles which I have in my mind (Lexus vs. another car). He was honest and really looked out for my needs. I left very impressed with his professionalism, although I didn’t have a decision during my first visit. Kamal followed up with a call in two days and asked me about my car shopping experience. He obviously wanted my business but wasn’t pushy at all with our conversation. I was very happy with his thoughtfulness so decide to come in for a test drive. The best Financier! After finishing the car process, I had one final step to take. I had to make sure that my car would remain as perfect as I first found it to be. We all know thats impossible in New Jersey but I had received other options to protect my car even after the purchase. My financier, Daniel Mercado, opened up a list of warranties for me to choose from. He went through each and every warranty I could select from, for my new vehicle and left me with the best options. He also recommended getting a warranty for my tires since the RX450H has less tire in its wheel. Not only did he recommend which warranties to purchase to protect my car, he also insured me for another year for free. He worked really hard to provide me with the best deals possible. I felt really satisfied when I left the dealership, knowing that I had a brand new luxurious vehicle covered for 9 years. I recommend him to everyone else looking for a great deal. More
