Quick, Easy, Highly Recommended I went to Lexus of Edison initially because I was tired of the whole "dealership" experience. Someone told me to try them and I would be pleasantly surprised. This is now my second car with them and I have not been disappointed. The entire process from searching for and buying the right car with Dale, to the mounds of Paperwork with Paola, to the service experience with Cheo, I have always felt like they were there to help me, not pressure me into paying for things I didn't want or need. In fact, they tend to make recommendations that save me money in the long run, which is greatly appreciated. Dale is very professional yet very comfortable to work with. He knows the product, answers my questions and provides a level of comfort that makes me not hyperventilate when it comes time to sign the documents. I will continue to go back to lexus for all of my future cars, and will recommend Dale and the rest of the crew without hesitation. More

Kamal Singh: The Honest Salesman Salesman Kamal completely changed my entire view of Lexus of Edison. He was friendly, eager to help, and cared about my overall buying experience. How Salesman Kamal completely changed my entire view of Lexus of Edison. He was friendly, eager to help, and cared about my overall buying experience. However, a couple months prior I visited the dealership and was introduced to an extremely rude and egotistical salesman who seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help me. I was in the market for a used car and was extremely interested in one on their lot. You would have thought I had the plague the way that Dale Johnson responded to me when I attempted to negotiate a price that I saw fit for the car that I was interested in. He essentially laughed me out of the dealership and was in no way accommodating at all. After two months of searching, the dealership lowered the price of the car I wanted below what I originally offered them. Had Dale not been so rude, the dealership would have gotten more money for the car, but unfortunately for Lexus of Edison, they lost out on that money because one of their salesman wasn't willing to even talk about the price. I then decided to go back and purchase the vehicle, from a different salesman of course. Upon my arrival for the second time, I had an extremely friendly greeting from the receptionist, I believe her name was Portia. She then introduced me to Kamal. To say that my experience with Kamal was great would be an understatement, it was like night and day from my previous visit. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I briefly told Kamal about my prior experience and how I was almost completely turned off from the dealership as a whole because of one person. He apologized and did everything he could to make me feel welcomed and let me know that I was a valued customer, even if I was purchasing a used vehicle that wasn't a Lexus. Since purchasing my new/used vehicle, I have had nothing but great things to say about the dealership and even better things to say about Kamal. If you're in the market for a car, definitely go visit Kamal, he will make you feel right at home and give you his undivided attention. I will absolutely tell all my friends and family and anyone reading this to go to Lexus of Edison and visit Kamal, he'll be happy to help you and be patient with you through the buying process.
