First off, I want to say that Colin made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. I was truly impressed by the level of service we received from start to finish. My mother also purchased a Lexus, so we had the opportunity to experience the dealership together. My decision to purchase a Lexus was largely because of Colin. He took the time to work with us, patiently answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, one day he stayed late to help us, and I never felt like he was trying to hurry us along. That level of patience and genuine customer service really stood out to me. We truly appreciate Colin. He is exceptional at what he does, and he made the entire experience such a positive one.
