However, the issue with my Lexus ES 350 has not yet been resolved. I have been experiencing problems with the navigation system (GPS), which has been rebooting and looping while I’m driving. This situation has rendered my GPS, radio, and mobile phone ineffective on the road. Additionally, the radio and phone connectivity frequently break up, making it quite frustrating to drive and communicate through the car's speakerphone. When I bought my Lexus LS 500, I purchased the tire and wheel replacement insurance and was told if I scuff a wheel or damage a tire, they would be replaced, with no questions asked. When I scuffed a wheel, I was told that my wheels are chrome plated, so I don't get it replaced. I was lied to, and Metro Lexus didn't stand behind what I was promised for purchasing the tire and wheel insurance. Then, after taking a close look at all 4 wheels, I noticed that the chrome plating was blistering off all the wheels. I have been in the plating business for 38 years and it was obvious to me that something was not done correctly in the chrome plating process and the plating blistered. After bringing this to Management's attention, they said that they would talk to Lexus and see what they would do, but they really made it sound like they were not going to stand behind anything, telling me that it was a longshot. About a month or so later I received a phone call saying that they were going to do a onetime replacement of the wheels. Unfortunately, this was exactly one day after I traded it in for a BMW. My company always has 4 company cars, and I was loyal to the last auto dealer for over 30 years, until their service started going downhill. In those 30 years, I probably purchased about 25 to 30 vehicles, from that dealership and I probably would have done the same through Metro Lexus, if they hadn't chosen to be more worried about lowering their profit on one single deal than stand behind their employee's mistake and think about their reputation and a relationship that lasts longer than one vehicle. I would have been just as loyal to a new dealership, if they stood behind what their employees told the customers. As a business owner, I have stood behind some pretty big mistakes that my employees made as representatives of my company, and I always chose morals, reputation and long-term customer relations over losing money on a deal here and there. I hope that they learned something from this mistake. More

Today was the first time taking my car here for service and I was impressed. The staff (Travis) was very professional and friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable and provided a variety of bevera and I was impressed. While waiting, I was surprised to receive on my cell a video from the service area showing the results of services they were performing. While I trust their work, it was great to see it.
