Do not give them any commission. Do not give Lexus of Bellevue any commission. Last Sunday, I went with my relatives to the Lexus of Bellevue to trade-in a car for a newer Lexus. Do not give Lexus of Bellevue any commission. Last Sunday, I went with my relatives to the Lexus of Bellevue to trade-in a car for a newer Lexus. It went well enough, with us negotiating trade-in value of the car. They offered us 23k for our trade-in, but when we asked for a little more because Magic Toyata in Lynwood offered us more when we went to that location a previous day, that was went things went sour. The salesman sent for the manager and when the salesman got the manager up to speed, the manager proceeded to throw the trade-in papers on the table with a, "No dea!" Are you kidding me? Instead of politely declining, saying that the current price was the best they could offer, he literally threw the papers at us. The manger is Vietnamese like us, and proceeded to say to us in Vietnamese that the price was already high enough already. He threw a dirty look at us as an extra, "xxxx you." I did not flee Vietnam for this xxxxxxxx. Are you xxxxing kidding me? We immediately went to Lexus of Seattle and not only got a better price, but the salesmanager treated us with much more respect and can be assured to have my, and my family's, continued business. Do not go here. I repeat, do NOT GO HERE. You can get better deals elsewhere in an establishment that doesn't treat you like xxxx. Go to Lexus of Seattle. Ask for Alex Lake. More

Lexus of bellevue I waited approximately 2 months to write a review on my experience at Lexus of Bellevue and I would conclude my experience was horrible. Tim was ok as a salesman he got the deal done so at least it took me off the market. On the back side I had to deal with sales managers, general managers, underwriters, and leasers. All under Lexus obrien and what I believe to be Lexus financial. They promised me a finance agreement that was not honored 3 days later calling me in to regonotiate leading to a lease, I get it. My mind set was let's get the deal done I want your car. I was then called in approximately 2 months later because the contract of the lease that was promised to me to be correct was in fact in correct and I had to resign. If I didn't catch the mistake they made again on the new lease of a lower monthly payment that did not make sense I probably would have had to take time off of work for a 4th time and resign when they eventually caught it. Over all management was horrible and finance could not do their job. More

Unprofessional I really have nothing positive to say about Lexus of Bellevue. My wife, son and I went in to buy a 2015 Lexus GX and had a Sales Representative be so I really have nothing positive to say about Lexus of Bellevue. My wife, son and I went in to buy a 2015 Lexus GX and had a Sales Representative be so rude to my wife and I as we were negotiating the deal that he ended up literally yelling in her face that she was wrong about how taxes were calculated. Disgusted, I approached him at the Sales Desk to question his behavior and he screamed in my face. It was not until he noticed my wife in tears that he was apologetic. My wife and I then were approached by a Sales Manager who apologized profusely about Josh's conduct and tried to save the deal. He offered us $500 additional for our trade and after 3.5 hours we we purchased our GX. Regardless of the apologies from the GM and the Sales Manager we are still in shock about the treatment we received. Never in my life could I imagine a Sales Representative to be so unprofessional that he would be frustrated with basic questions on how taxes are calculated and tear into an innocent woman. The funny part was my wife was correct as Josh had the tax rates calculated incorrectly and if he was just patient and respectful to us as customers, he might have learned something. I have read dozens of reviews after the fact on Yelp and other websites on how treatment like this is fairly common at Lexus of Bellevue. I wish I would have researched this BEFORE I stopped into the dealership as I would have never stepped in their doors. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Bellevue at any cost. More

I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had be Buyer new year resolution for 2015 - do not buy a car here. I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect condition. Within 2 months over $2300 in repair work. Jason Vena the sales manager said they would reimburse for some of the repairs - over 2 months and can't even get a response to my many voicemails or emails to follow up and get this resolved. These guys are terrible and not trustworthy - apparently they spent all their money on a fancy show room and forgot to invest in training their people to have integrity, customer service skills and common courtesy. Save yourself time, energy and aggravation and buy your next car at an establishment that deserves your business. More
