Damaged my car dash Love the cookies in the waiting area, but they damaged my car when I brought it in for a navigation repair. It's really hard to get a hold of any one via phone. I think I or my assistant have called over 10 times. I also had to email in the Lexus service bulletin describing the problem. I wouldn't take my car here again after hearing from friends who have had bad experiences too. More

Unprofessional I really have nothing positive to say about Lexus of Bellevue. My wife, son and I went in to buy a 2015 Lexus GX and had a Sales Representative be so I really have nothing positive to say about Lexus of Bellevue. My wife, son and I went in to buy a 2015 Lexus GX and had a Sales Representative be so rude to my wife and I as we were negotiating the deal that he ended up literally yelling in her face that she was wrong about how taxes were calculated. Disgusted, I approached him at the Sales Desk to question his behavior and he screamed in my face. It was not until he noticed my wife in tears that he was apologetic. My wife and I then were approached by a Sales Manager who apologized profusely about Josh's conduct and tried to save the deal. He offered us $500 additional for our trade and after 3.5 hours we we purchased our GX. Regardless of the apologies from the GM and the Sales Manager we are still in shock about the treatment we received. Never in my life could I imagine a Sales Representative to be so unprofessional that he would be frustrated with basic questions on how taxes are calculated and tear into an innocent woman. The funny part was my wife was correct as Josh had the tax rates calculated incorrectly and if he was just patient and respectful to us as customers, he might have learned something. I have read dozens of reviews after the fact on Yelp and other websites on how treatment like this is fairly common at Lexus of Bellevue. I wish I would have researched this BEFORE I stopped into the dealership as I would have never stepped in their doors. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Bellevue at any cost. More

I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect condition. Within 2 months over $2300 in repair work. Jason Vena the sales manager said they would reimburse for some of the repairs - over 2 months and can't even get a response to my many voicemails or emails to follow up and get this resolved. These guys are terrible and not trustworthy - apparently they spent all their money on a fancy show room and forgot to invest in training their people to have integrity, customer service skills and common courtesy. Save yourself time, energy and aggravation and buy your next car at an establishment that deserves your business. More
I have worked with everyone in service at Lexus of Bellevue as I drive about 40k miles per year for my job therefor I get a lot of oil changes. I am always happy and satisfied when I leave. Today i came to dealership just to ask couple of questions. John Labbe had answered all with high level of patience and professionalism, i'm not a 'car person' and my questions might not be 'very ac questions. He also had suggested to check for recall on my lexus 2010. He found one and arranged the replacement. I own also BMW and my experience with BMW of Bellevue location with recall service was dramatic. THey not even try to suggest to check for recall but were trying to refuse doing the REQUIRED by BMW recall on my x5. lexus of bellevue once more prove the HUGE difference in service professionalism dealing with customers. Thank you John and Pat for having my car serviced at the highest level. 5 stars for customer satisfaction and customer service. More
This was by far the worst customer service experience we have EVER had. Do not give this dealership your business! Not only did they not fix our car and let it sit in their shop for 2 weeks while giving us have EVER had. Do not give this dealership your business! Not only did they not fix our car and let it sit in their shop for 2 weeks while giving us the run around, but they returned it to us with greasy/dirty fingerprints ALL over the leather, doors, and dash. And left a window rolled down in October, that we couldn't get back up. Worst of all, they misdiagnosed the car with a $4,800 repair, that wasn't even relevant (we got second and third opinions). The repair we actually needed, and had confirmed by 2 other dealerships and Lexus corporate, was actually a recall. The recall should have been replaced free of charge and with little hassle. The staff at Lexus of Bellevue was completely rude, confrontational...and obviously unhelpful. Luckily, we were able to find another dealership who was able to replace the recalled part AND be friendly. We had to have our car towed off the Bellevue lot because it still did not start (after 2 weeks of being in their shop - they still couldn't get it to start!) The second dealership was able to restart our car in less than 2 hours and we were able to drive our car off the lot the next day. Talk about a complete waste of time! Not to mention, just an overall stressful, horrible, unprofessional experience. We are spreading the word to everyone we know to stay far away from Lexus of Bellevue. More
I came in for a simple oil change and check up. I was not looking to buy a car, nor was I looking to sell mine. Yet when I walked into the service department I was treated with great hospitality and sincere looking to buy a car, nor was I looking to sell mine. Yet when I walked into the service department I was treated with great hospitality and sincere smiles. So far the check up has proved itself, I have had no problems from when I came in about a month ago. I was very pleased with the service and the staff who helped me. From the service department to the snack bar, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys, and a special thanks to Nick and Jon. Keep up the fabulous work! More
