Do not give them any commission. Do not give Lexus of Bellevue any commission. Last Sunday, I went with my relatives to the Lexus of Bellevue to trade-in a car for a newer Lexus. Do not give Lexus of Bellevue any commission. Last Sunday, I went with my relatives to the Lexus of Bellevue to trade-in a car for a newer Lexus. It went well enough, with us negotiating trade-in value of the car. They offered us 23k for our trade-in, but when we asked for a little more because Magic Toyata in Lynwood offered us more when we went to that location a previous day, that was went things went sour. The salesman sent for the manager and when the salesman got the manager up to speed, the manager proceeded to throw the trade-in papers on the table with a, "No dea!" Are you kidding me? Instead of politely declining, saying that the current price was the best they could offer, he literally threw the papers at us. The manger is Vietnamese like us, and proceeded to say to us in Vietnamese that the price was already high enough already. He threw a dirty look at us as an extra, "xxxx you." I did not flee Vietnam for this xxxxxxxx. Are you xxxxing kidding me? We immediately went to Lexus of Seattle and not only got a better price, but the salesmanager treated us with much more respect and can be assured to have my, and my family's, continued business. Do not go here. I repeat, do NOT GO HERE. You can get better deals elsewhere in an establishment that doesn't treat you like xxxx. Go to Lexus of Seattle. Ask for Alex Lake. More
Lexus of bellevue I waited approximately 2 months to write a review on my experience at Lexus of Bellevue and I would conclude my experience was horrible. Tim was ok as I waited approximately 2 months to write a review on my experience at Lexus of Bellevue and I would conclude my experience was horrible. Tim was ok as a salesman he got the deal done so at least it took me off the market. On the back side I had to deal with sales managers, general managers, underwriters, and leasers. All under Lexus obrien and what I believe to be Lexus financial. They promised me a finance agreement that was not honored 3 days later calling me in to regonotiate leading to a lease, I get it. My mind set was let's get the deal done I want your car. I was then called in approximately 2 months later because the contract of the lease that was promised to me to be correct was in fact in correct and I had to resign. If I didn't catch the mistake they made again on the new lease of a lower monthly payment that did not make sense I probably would have had to take time off of work for a 4th time and resign when they eventually caught it. Over all management was horrible and finance could not do their job. More
