The negative reviews for Lexus of Bellevue are accurate. Based on my experience, Ren, the salesperson, was extremely unhelpful and repeatedly miscommunicated throughout the sales process. When I was ready to finalize the $75k deal, they mishandled it by pushing for more cash instead of focusing on the sale. Walking away from such an incompetent team felt like the right decision. More

If you What an amazing free service!! When you buy a car or recently bought a car from Lexus of Bellevue, you should get a VIP sticker as a perk. If you haven't got one, be sure to call them and ask to get it. Some salesmen hide the free perk. You need to be firm asking for it:) With this VIP windshield sticker, you can come to Lexus of Bellevue for a free touchless car wash between Monday and Friday 12 pm to 4 pm. There is no expiration date to this offer. I believe this is the best real benefit offered by the dealership. I have used it often and truly like the experience. More

I would imagine if they are doing this with parts, they're probably doing it with cars and service as well. I would never recommend anyone to shop here or use their services as pricing is inflated. I purchased a used sedan from them, they were all nice and cheerful before signing paperwork, but completely became jerks after signing. My car had several issues that they denied to fix within 30 days, they lied by keep saying its not their responsibilies, just FYI, the used car manager, Josh, ya, you know you lied, freaking liar. They even intententionally broke the door parts and refused to repair. They even refused to provide carfax, just so you know. Never ever buy any car from them, stay away, go to other Lexus dealership, save yourself the hassle. More
I was in for a test drive the other week and while the salesperson was polite (I can't remember their name) and seemed pretty knowledgable, they very much seemed uninterested in selling me the car. I real salesperson was polite (I can't remember their name) and seemed pretty knowledgable, they very much seemed uninterested in selling me the car. I realize the RX PHEV is an in-demand vehicle right now and that its a seller's market, but its generally a good idea not to make a potential customer feel like he's just some other jerk who doesn't matter. I like the car a lot, but they didn't have one optioned how I wanted so I took a week to look around at the stock of other places and having not found what I wanted I called Lexus of Bellevue back to inquire about a custom order. Whoever it was that answered the phone didn't even let me fininsh my question before he cut me off and pretty condescendingly said "We don't take custom orders. It's a Lexus thing". It was odd to be both amused and annoyed, but that's where I was at. First of all, that's 1000% false and a ridiculous statement. Lexus USA's website has a car configuration tool just like every other manufacturer on earth. If your dealership doesn't want to take custom orders, that's one thing, but saying "it's a Lexus thing" is blatantly dishonest and a clear "Go away, there are other customers so not only do I not want to deal with you, I don't even have the sense or sack to tell you we don't want to deal with you, I'll just make up some xx to get you to go away". Even if that WERE true, there's no need to be rude and condescending. I'm a pretty brand loyal guy. I've owned two Toyota Siennas, a Highlander and two Corollas. Now when I find myself looking to get into a luxury ride, I went to Toyota's lux arm - Lexus. I get that its a seller's market, but treating someone who is likely to bring tens (hundreds?) of thousands of dollars of business to your dealership in the coming years is the ultimate in short-sighted idiocy just because right now you can sell your cars without much effort. I've got a wife and 4 kids. There are definitely more cars in my future - guess where I'm not getting any of them from? I'm sure Lexus of Seattle will send you a thank you card for the business. More
Get ready for an experience of a lifetime. I already wrote bad review prior to purchase but deleted it in hopes to give these guys another chance. I purchased a vehicle. I came to the deal I already wrote bad review prior to purchase but deleted it in hopes to give these guys another chance. I purchased a vehicle. I came to the dealership at 10.00AM (it was scheduled appointment) and left at 1.00PM. The purchase process took 3 hours! I was told it took so long because I paid with 2 checks. Okay. I am sitting next to the older gentlemen who is frustrated: "Are you buying a car here? Have you been here for a couple of hours too?" I have a feeling that 3 hours is the expected wait time to get your deal signed. Okay. If that's how it is let guests feel like humans and tell them the expected time. Lexus has a feeling they got your business now they treat you badly. For reference: 6 month ago it took 20 minutes to pay with a check at Nissan dealership. P.S. reading reviews here and it seems like 3 hours is not the worst as somebody waited 6. As I was at the door talking to a technician management walked in getting into the office. They said congratulations on a new car on which I replied: "It only took 3 hours". Manager: "Who is your sales person?" Me: "It is not the sales person fault it is fault of the operations team and management." Management: "Thanks for the feedback" Instead of feeling great getting out happily because I purchased a new car I got out feeling frustrated as I was late everywhere I had to be I honestly had better experience purchasing used old Honda CRV. Keep out of this place and take your business elsewhere. Customers and sales people shouldn't be treated as poorly as they do at Lexus dealership in Bellevue. While management is pointing fingers at sales people making them feel like it's their fault managers are the ones that are to blame. More
Stay far away. Just compare reviews to Seattle Lexus. Bellevue Lexus = Dishonest and service is horrible. Purchased a brand new Lexus rx here. My first hint shou Just compare reviews to Seattle Lexus. Bellevue Lexus = Dishonest and service is horrible. Purchased a brand new Lexus rx here. My first hint should have been that nobody asked if I needed help, even though I was looking at cars for at least 20 minutes. After finally saying something, I got help. The sales rep was mediocre at best, but I got my car. Be warned of the dealer add ons! They were not always clear or transparent in their communication as we waited for the factory ordered vehicle. My biggest complaint is the service department. The worst I’ve experienced. They are always SLOW, even to check-in and out. One time after paying, it took valet 30 minutes to bring my car up. My car is always dirty when I get it back. They are so slow to respond to calls or emails and haven’t been able to identify a fix for an issue I keep having. The loaner vehicle did not have a full tank of gas, even though they said it would. I ended up filling up the loaner car so they wouldn’t charge my card. Overall, unpleasant staff and slow service. I received better service from every other dealership I’ve been to. Despite its convenience, I will likely be changing dealerships. They don’t have the attention to detail, and frankly, don’t show much care in customer service!! Stay away if you want to feel good whenever you leave there….it won’t happen! I always leave that place pissed off and with a lot less money!!! More
Beware that the prices they show online and ones that you negotiate with a sale person aren't in good faith. Once a price was negotiated for a particular vehicle, I was later told that they added $3,624 wort negotiate with a sale person aren't in good faith. Once a price was negotiated for a particular vehicle, I was later told that they added $3,624 worth of dealer added accessories that could not be taken off. It was the only vehicle they had with the options and colors that we wanted. Even though we already negotiated a fair price for the vehicle before, they would not charge dealer cost price for those accessories. They completely wasted my time. Even after this, they have not updated the vehicle on their website, so others will have that surprise as well. More
