I've had Alex as my service adviser from day 1 and she has been fantastic! Any issues I've had shes been able to get fixed. Pricing is always fair and what makes it great is the service. You'll probably end up paying the same as any other dealership, but its the little things like the loaner and mini-detail that makes it more then worth it to take your car in for service here. Plus, you know it'll get done RIGHT! I will defiantly be buying another lexus here and will continue to have it serviced here as well. More
I have had three Lexus vehicles and have been very happy with all. I recently had my 2010 LExus RX350 serviced at the Bellevue, WA dealership. I found that Alan Jensen was a very knowledgeable and caring with all. I recently had my 2010 LExus RX350 serviced at the Bellevue, WA dealership. I found that Alan Jensen was a very knowledgeable and caring person to take care of my vehicle maintenance. He was friendly, professional, and got me checked in and explained approximate time framed needed to complete the work. He let me know if anything changed or if other recommended services were needed he would contact me. I was given a loaner (which is much appreciated, most other dealerships do not offer that service & that is the reason I own the RX 350). I did receive a call from him on what was recommended. I was told approximately what time my car would be completed and that he would give me a call when my car was ready. I did receive the call and it was a little earlier than the anticipated time. I have requested Alan Jensen as my service rep from past experience with him. He is very thorough in the check in of the vehicle to make sure that all the items of concern are addressed. He listens to what you have to say. He is conscious of your time and always very helpful.In my opinion he is one of the best service rep. that any dealership could have. He knows the product and he cares about people. More
Recently, my husband was rear-ended on the Interstate in his new Lexus. I requested that any repairs be handled at the dealership where the car was purchased, Lexus of Bellevue. Not having been through this process, I was concerned about getting all the parties together necessary to bring our RX 350 back to it's previous state. Pat Wilmot met with our claims adjustor, gave him a bid, then arranged for the parts to be ordered, accepted the insurance check for payment due, had the vehicle repaired and kept me in the loop at all times.I appreciated all the extra time and effort that Pat put into completing the process ! More
I had scheduled our 15,000 mile service on the way in my phone quite working with the navigation system. Ross Fahlen my Service Consultant had it checked out and was told there was nothing wrong with the a phone quite working with the navigation system. Ross Fahlen my Service Consultant had it checked out and was told there was nothing wrong with the auto systems. I checked with Verizon and they said the phone was working as it should. Needless to say I was frustrated because it had worked since I bought the car. Ross was very determined to resolve the problem. After doing a lot of research himself he was able to correct the issue. It is refreshing to run into someone now days that really cares about making the customer satisfied and happy to do business with a company. Lexus is lucky to have such an outstanding employee as Ross and I look forward to working with him and Lexus in the future. More

People could learn a few things from him on how to treat their clients oh so fabulous! More
This was the first time that I have worked with a female salesperson at Lexus of Bellevue. I am female and have purchased / leased 11 vehicles at this dealership. As usual, there was absolutely no pressure and the experience went smoothly. What was pleasantly different was the connection that Michele and I had when it came to what we find important in programming the car's features. Instead of going through all the details of what the car offers, she narrowed it down to the options that she appreciates first..which turned out to be exactly streamlined to what I would find important. Of course the rest of the tutorial was available, I preferred not to be overwhelmed at that moment. Then, the added feminine feature was that she wiped the touchscreen off at the end of the session ! I would definately work with Michele again. More

Service work at Lexus of Bellevue has always been done right, on time, and at the price quoted. The tire pricing is very competitive with the local market and, to my pleasant surprise, they were able to do a full restoration of the alloy wheels to factory specs at the same time - accomplishing this in about 5 hours. and I only made the appointment the night before! Performance tires were well matched to the cars design specs, and superior in quality to the original OEM tire. The work at the dealership is not inexpensive but as I was adding up the little things that they do just because I have the car in for a certain service, the value of the visit becomes pleasantly and surprisingly affordable. Paint dings in the hood? no problem. door ding? no problem. Gnarly scratch on the back bumper - repaired at their inhouse body shop at a price very competitve with the shops in the area. Best of all, several things can get done at once to factory specs and hassle of running around to different shops is eliminated. There is, as always, the implicit backing of the factory parts that match the engineering specs of the car. a couple of times a part has failed or an issue has come up regarding the service and repair. They went the extra mile to not only correct the problem but, again, do the litte extra things that actually make you feel you are driving a new car home again. Josh, my service rep, loves cars like I do and it shows in the care he takes in watching out for the "little things" that make the visit a real treat. More
Lexus of Bellevue is the very best dealership! They are there to help with every possible problem you may have. They even come to your house to program your garage door opener. To go to the dealership is is like going to a 5 star hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the people are wonderful. Lexus of Bellevue has provided the highest level of service of any dealership that I've dealt with in the past. From the moment you drop your car off to the time you pick it up, you feel like a valued service of any dealership that I've dealt with in the past. From the moment you drop your car off to the time you pick it up, you feel like a valued customer. EVERYONE in the service department acknowledges you and makes you feel important. Doors are opened, a variety of free refreshments are offered, daily newspapers are provided, and a pleasant waiting room with big screen televisions is available if you want to wait for your service. All repairs/service are explained in plain English by the service advisors, who are very knowledgable. When they say your car will be ready in 1.5 hours, it is ready. I've owned several BMWs in the past. One of the reasons I switched to Lexus was I couldn't stand the BMW dealerships in my area. For some reason, I always felt like I was being overcharged and taken advantage of. I just purchased a new MB, so it'll be interesting to see how their service department stacks up. All of my friends/relatives who have a Lexus have had similar experiences with their dealerships, so I'm guessing that this high level of service is ingrained in the Lexus culture. Although I'm not keen on the styling for all of their cars, the service and reliability are enough to make me want to purchase another Lexus. After all, who needs another hassle in our hectic lives? More
