Mostly good experience purchasing a new ES Hybrid. Was able to negotiate off the $2500 protection package. Mohammad was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. The experience was OK but this level of presssure and upsell in the finance office is not what I expect at a Lexus dealer. More

Was advised during the purchasing process that a second key was in progress. This occurred in October and it is now Mid-January. Highly recommend for any future purchasers to obtain documentation. Unfortunately, “one key coming” on a folder is not sufficient. To this day, I have not received any follow up or updates. Shame to see the level of dishonesty people are willing to reach for a commission. More

I brought in for 2 CV boots to be installed and got a quote for $715. Dropped it off and they said it was $715 per side, so double. They said I needed 2 struts and a muffler too. $6,000 for 2 struts. brand new 2022 rx350 w bad wiper blades. was told by ur service dept they were after market and nothing they could do. i paid for new ones - brought the wipers to dealership i purchased car was told by ur service dept they were after market and nothing they could do. i paid for new ones - brought the wipers to dealership i purchased car from 60 days prior and was immediately walked to multiple cars in showroom with same blades. i advised your service dept of this and they could care less. still waiting on written proof to bring back to you for reimbursement. terrible More
