I came in to re Dear Lexus Escondido, I would like to share my wonderful experience with your company, your sales team and your management team. I came in to return/exchange my expiring lease on IS250 sports model and was conflicted if I wanted to stay with Lexus or go with another luxury brand. I had a specific amount I wanted to pay per month and was limited in the down payment I was willing to bring to the table. I was greeted by Attila Vecsernyes and even though it was 8:30pm, I was given a superior service with a smile, sufficient amount of time and never felt “hurried out”, even though I made it very clear that I wasn’t walking out with a new car that evening. In fact, I had an appointment with another dealership the next day. Attila proved to be very knowledgeable about the models and the brand itself. He answered all questions I had for him about new models, leases and differences between them (and some more!). He diligently followed up with me throughout the process and until the day I came back and got my lovely ES350 and event after. When the time came to meet with his manager Matt Schaefer, I knew I was not being “sold” some deal, but that they cared about my needs as a consumer and appreciated my long history with your company. Matt carefully listened to what my goals were and that I ultimately preferred to stay with Lexus, just needed to meet some certain criteria. He eventually came up with a completely different plan, that made a much better sense to me and made it work! I am all for creative thinking! I have been with Lexus for over 17 years, with your Escondido location for at least 7. I love the brand! However, what keeps me coming back and happy with the service are people like Attila and Matt. In general, your dealership runs with wonderful, kind and happy people in all departments, I have been through many. Looks like they love the culture and where they work, that shows to us, the consumer. I am in sales myself and I can truly say that the service I received working with Attila and Matt was outstanding! They made me feel at ease and created a sense of security. I felt that they knew what they were doing but most importantly, they listened to what my needs were and catered the experience around it. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend your company to everyone I know! Thank you for my amazing ES350 and even though I feel I will never get tired of this beauty, I can’t wait to come back again! Kalinka More
