Deceptive car advertising Do not buy a 2019 Lexus ES350 F Sport from this dealership or any other in the United States. Their much advertised Lexus Safety System+ 2.0 is a fr Do not buy a 2019 Lexus ES350 F Sport from this dealership or any other in the United States. Their much advertised Lexus Safety System+ 2.0 is a fraud on this car model. (“Consumer fraud occurs when a product or service does not perform as advertised”.) The “Road Sign Assist” does not work no matter what you do. Lexus so called “Technology Specialist” and Lexus engineers are unable to fix the problem as of January 9, 2019. I bought a 2019 brand new one for over $50,000 on November 14. 2018 and the system has not worked from day one, even that Lexus advertisement shows a photo showing a red stop sign on the head up. Nice photo shop Lexus. I have been in contact with the Lexus dealership and Lexus Head Quarters since I found out the system just does not work, and all I have gotten is a run around. On January 10, 2019 I received a call from Lexus Escondido Technology Specialist telling me that the 2019 ES350 F Sport they sold me does not have the “Road Sign Assist” I paid for, even that Lexus advertise it does and all my paper work on the car says it does. If this is not fraud, I don’t know what is. I will now file a complaint with the California Consumer Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Commission about the deceptive car advertising Lexus is doing. More

She suggested that she would be in my city (Temecula) two days later and would either come to my house or meet me. We met in town and she fixed my problem. This is definitely "Customer Service" at its best. This is why I go to this Dealership. Thank You! More

If zero stars where possible that's exactly what I would rate this dealership. I have been blatantly lied to and been treated unfairly at Lexus of Escondido. I contacted the dealership to see what their best deal was for them to roll over my excess miles onto the new lease. I sent them over a deal that Lexus of San Diego was offering me and wanted to see if they could beat that price. I worked the deal with Karen MacKichan and the entire 2 hours that we sat down and talked about the deal I constantly repeated over and over that the overages of miles were going to be included in the deal, and she agreed. I had a witness with me the day the deal was made and i drove off with a $460 monthly payment that was suppose to include the overages of miles. A month later I get a letter in the mail from Lexus Financial Services stating that I owe them $3,200!! I called Karen right away and made her aware that I had received this letter, she calmly told me that it might take them a month or so to notice that the miles where rolled over to the new lease. So, I called Lexus financial and made them aware that I had got into a new lease and the mile overages where rolled over to the new lease. Now in October I get a 3rd letter stating that I owe them for mile overages. I contacted Karen AGAIN and this time she said that her or her manager Matt Schaffer do not have ANYTHING on file stating that the deal made was to roll over the miles. Now they want me to pay $3,200 in mile overages and then they left me with a HUGE monthly payment of $460!! on a Lexus IS300 where I could have gotten a much better deal somewhere else like Lexus of San Diego where I had purchased my first Lexus. I would not recommend anyone not friends, family, or even people I do not like to this dealership as they are fraudulent business people along with liars. I will be seeking legal help in this matter and will not settle for this unfairness. More

He volunteered to spend a much time as it takes in order for me to enjoy the "Lexus Experience". I will be going back to seem Sam in a couple for further training. The deal I received was very fare and beneficial to both sides. This is the 5th Lexus that I have leased and was the best experience ever! Also a special shout out to Rachel Kuhrt my long time service consultant! More

The vehicle took longer than anticipated to arrive and I had to turn in my leased v I ordered a very customized 2018 Lexus LS 500 several monthes ago. The vehicle took longer than anticipated to arrive and I had to turn in my leased vehicle before my New Lexus arrived. The dealership kept me abreast of my delivery status all along. The dealership and my salesman did not want me to be inconvenienced and offered me a loaner car to bridge the gap. When my vehicle arrived I couldn’t be happier and was glad I switched from Mercedes. My new car is even more amazing than I thought! I love the smooth drive and the gorgeous interior finishes. More
