Lexus Escondido

I have dealt with Thomas twice, first for the instillation of a quick shifter for my 2008 IS 250. While I was there he looked up my vin and told me that I had a recall that had yet to be done, an instillation of a quick shifter for my 2008 IS 250. What great customer service, when I went to Lexus of San Diego, he said I had to wait till I got the letter in the mail for the recall, since the previous owner had not got the recall service performed. On the second visit, I have been experiencing excessive brake dust, and when I called and complained he told me to come in the next day and they would get it done. So far amazing experience at Lexus of Escondido. I would definitely recommend. Also the dealership is beautiful, the entire floor is marble, it is definitely a no expenses spared dealership. More
