I came in to return/exchange my expiring lease on IS250 sports model and was conflicted if I wanted to stay with Lexus or go with another luxury brand. I had a specific amount I wanted to pay per month and was limited in the down payment I was willing to bring to the table. I was greeted by Attila Vecsernyes and even though it was 8:30pm, I was given a superior service with a smile, sufficient amount of time and never felt “hurried out”, even though I made it very clear that I wasn’t walking out with a new car that evening. In fact, I had an appointment with another dealership the next day. Attila proved to be very knowledgeable about the models and the brand itself. He answered all questions I had for him about new models, leases and differences between them (and some more!). He diligently followed up with me throughout the process and until the day I came back and got my lovely ES350 and event after. When the time came to meet with his manager Matt Schaefer, I knew I was not being “sold” some deal, but that they cared about my needs as a consumer and appreciated my long history with your company. Matt carefully listened to what my goals were and that I ultimately preferred to stay with Lexus, just needed to meet some certain criteria. He eventually came up with a completely different plan, that made a much better sense to me and made it work! I am all for creative thinking! I have been with Lexus for over 17 years, with your Escondido location for at least 7. I love the brand! However, what keeps me coming back and happy with the service are people like Attila and Matt. In general, your dealership runs with wonderful, kind and happy people in all departments, I have been through many. Looks like they love the culture and where they work, that shows to us, the consumer. I am in sales myself and I can truly say that the service I received working with Attila and Matt was outstanding! They made me feel at ease and created a sense of security. I felt that they knew what they were doing but most importantly, they listened to what my needs were and catered the experience around it. They did a wonderful job! Excellent Customer Service! As a single female, visiting car dealerships is not something I look forward to. However, on July 3, my perception of the car dealerships changed, fo As a single female, visiting car dealerships is not something I look forward to. However, on July 3, my perception of the car dealerships changed, for the better. I had made the decision to purchase a newer model of the current vehicle I had, a Lexus CT200h. I visited the Lexus of Escondido website, and found a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was contacted by phone within an hour of my inquiry, and an appointment was made with the car dealership the following morning. The next day during my appointment, it was discovered that the vehicle I had chosen have been sold the night before. I was directed to another vehicle, shown all the stats, and it appeared to be an excellent second choice. During the entire process, I felt like a valued customer; I was treated with respect. Based on my experience with Lexus of Escondido, my apprehensions with looking for a new vehicle have changed. I love my new vehicle, and I look forward to being a part of this dealerships family for many years to come! More

Everyone that I had contact with during and after the purchase of my RX450h has been very friendly and wanting to help me with any thing I needed or any questions I had about purchasing my RX450h. When it was time to work with Cyrus in the finance department he was very welcoming he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was a very positive experience and Cyrus said if I had any questions after I leave to give him a call. When it was time to take my RX450h back to Lexus Escondido to have body side molding installed. I worked with Cindy in the service department to setup a time and date to drop off my RX450h. This was another very positive experience. This has been the best dealership that I’ve worked with to purchase a new car. It’s my opinion that the team of employees at the Lexus Escondido Dealership create an awesome and positive customer experience.
