A very minor maintenance &inspection service required my vehicle to be kept overnight (this is the 2nd time this has happened). Unfortunately this time the Service Advisor was scheduled to be out the 2nd da vehicle to be kept overnight (this is the 2nd time this has happened). Unfortunately this time the Service Advisor was scheduled to be out the 2nd day & he text me saying one of his “Service Partners” would pick this up & let me know when the car was finished. This did not happen & there was a technician recommendation that was not relayed to me until I called inquiring about the status of my vehicle. Once they found someone who could answer my questions, I declined the recommendation & informed the dealership that I would be in directly to return their loaner & pick up/pay for my car. When I got there approximately a half hour later, the cashier still had to hunt down my paperwork. Very poor customer service by the Lexus of Escondido Service Department. More
