Bad Customer Service! ! I had a service appt. today and this was my first time getting my car serviced. I was recommended to go because of good service. The first person I ! The first person I met there today was Sheila very professional kind and knowledgable employee. I had an appt. and arrived 20 minutes early. I parked in the parking lot. Sheila informed me that Brian may be able to help me. I walked into the service shop and not one service shop man said anything. I said I am looking for Brain the Lead Service Man Brian looked up. I spoke to Brian and informed my name, my appt, where I parked. He was rude he did not say goodmorning, how may I help you. He did not say I am sorry for the inconvenience however you need to get your car out the parking lot and pull it up behind these 4 cars (valet parking) after I had to wait 10 minutes to talk with him. He should not assume eveyone know the protocol. Then I responded again I have an appt. do you know how long it will take take for a test drive and then he interupted me and started talking about diagnostic testing, then said just like your medical appts it will take an hour or more. My med. and dental appts. are not an hour I usually get seen within in 10-15 minutes. More
Mark is a hard working sales person. He called me with updates as soon as he had them. He was a pleasure to work with. I've never had a salesman do so much to insure my happy experience.
