On 7/24/23, I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Leith Toyota. Drove it +/- 1700 miles over the course of the next week to 10 days, when it started making a ticking sound. My mechanic tells me the oil dipstick is dry; advises that I call the dealership, as he believes the vehicle left the dealership with this issue. Call Leigh Toyota and talk to the manager-on-duty, Shane, who tells me that the dealership refuses to remedy the situation in any way. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently seeking advice as to legal remedies. More
