A 15 passenger Van, that turned out to be a 12 passenger. The issue was : that we drove from Concord NC, (with traffic, it was about a 3.5hr drive) with the idea that we were buying a 15 passenger Van. Keep in mind, this was after we had checked online and spoke with a representative there that had checked the Van and confirmed it was a 15 passenger van. So we had a $20,000 certified check already made out and cut from the bank. So after arriving and finding out that the "15 passenger Van" was actually a 12 passenger van, we were very frustrated. Now for the next hour and a half I spent on the phone, because I had to confirm with all 7 members of the leadership board that the church could purchase a 12 passenger, even though the official vote in the business meeting was for a 15 passenger. Because I was distracted and had to make so many phone calls, I didn't get to do a full inspection of the vehicle and missed several little things: the passenger door is missing a handle, the air vents will not stay open, there is a crack on the windshield because the sun was going down by the time I got the phone calls from all the board members to confirm. One of the magnet door holders is missing the housing cover. This experience reflects poorly on your staff that confirmed to us on the phone that it was a 15 passenger, and a lack of communication within the company. The person who gets a 5-star is Victor. Because our salesperson Victor tried to make up for the deficiencies we experienced from the beginning of our communication. Victor helped us through the rest of the process knowing that he had a mission team that needed a van leaving in two days. Victor Taylor was amazing. More

Out of town owner was well satisfied! Borrowing a family member’s vehicle which was very recently serviced at another dealership some 450 miles away. Service was good save one small, but important, issue. Came in without an appointment and was allowed to tell the story. Jonathan took care of not only the vehicle, but also worked with the previous service department to make things right for me. Highly professional, very personable, and that left me feeling very comfortable. I will not only use Leith and Jonathan for any further service on existing Toyota vehicles, I will also consider Leith when it comes time for any future purchases. More

The most important reason is because of my service advisor, Richard Kuhn. Richard make sure everything is done correct and proper the first time. He does not treat me like a customer, he is very personable. If I call or email him with a question, he always reply in a timely manner. As long as people like Richard are around, Leith will be the only place I get my car service. I have sent several people to Leith Toyota and they feel the same way!! Thank you Richard for everything you do!!! More

Unscheduled appointment! I purchased my Corolla new from Leith Toyota of Raleigh and used Leith for ALL of my car's service needs. This includes all oil changes, batteries, tires, filters, inspections, even wiper blades. My car has literally not been serviced by anyone other than Leith, ever. So naturally, when I had a tire blowout recently, I went straight to Leith. Even though I had no appointment, my service adviser, Mark DiLorenzo, saw to it that my tire was replaced immediately with a new tire. Mark also took care of all the tire warrantee paperwork. My unscheduled service visit was reasonably quick and easy and I left feeling secure that everything was done right. I felt safe in my car again! More
