We had been looking for a new car for a month. We had been given the run around & flat out lied to by other dealerships. We were close to giving up! Because of our bad experiences we assumed that a huge been given the run around & flat out lied to by other dealerships. We were close to giving up! Because of our bad experiences we assumed that a huge dealership like Leith would never be able to get us into a car. We knew that our credit scores would create a challenge w/ getting financed. As a last stitch effort we contacted Reggie Henriquez. He was confident that he could help us. My wife completed the online application and in a matter of hours Reggie was calling w/ good news! It was great news....a new 2013 Camry!! My wife and I had a great experience at Leith Toyota. We were greeted with a friendly smile from one of the managers. Most importantly we felt very important. Reggie was a great salesman he was honest and very knowledgeable. He has a strong background w/ auto financing. He knew exactly what was needed for our unique situation to get us financed. Reggie gave us a good price for our trade-in and we also received a deep discount. The Leith Toyota Lifetime trust is an awesome bonus too! We are so happy with our new Camry! More
Before I ever even got to the dealership I had been emailing back and forth with Craig Shatilla. He was friendly, responsive and very helpful. I felt confident that I would have a good experience already at that point. When I got to the dealership Craig met me and turned me over to Jason Lambert who would be my sales person. I had already done plenty of online research before ever going to the dealership so had a good idea of what I wanted. Jason was easy to work with and it was a no-pressure experience. Rhonda was the business manager (?) handling the finance side of things with me and I just enjoyed talking with her. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

This is the second time I have gotten a vehicle from here. My first truck was a tundra and I just traded that in For a 4runner. Both experiences were good. I was in the market for a mini-van and had chosen the Toyota Sienna. I was ready to buy that day but I could not get the salesperson (Rick) to give me a price. He said he would talk to his manager and ca Toyota Sienna. I was ready to buy that day but I could not get the salesperson (Rick) to give me a price. He said he would talk to his manager and call me that night. Well, he didn't call and didn't call and so finally I called him. He informed me that he had to get HIS car fixed and that it was very important that he do so and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't. So an hour later I called the dealership to talk to someone else. Then he called. When I asked for a price, he said he wouldn't give it over the phone and would I come in. At this point I became very angry. I stated that I had JUST BEEN in and he wouldn't give me the price then. It was an hour drive round trip and I wasn't about to make it again unless I was ready to sign the papers. I was about to lay down around $40K for a vehicle and I was ready to do so that night. All I wanted was a price. Any idiot would know to comparison shop when laying out that kind of money. He wouldn't do it, but put his manager on. This is where it really got fun. Remember, I was a customer who wanted to buy their product and wanted to do it right then. And they STILL wouldn't give me a price! What kind of business won't tell you how much their product is?! At this point the manager starts to argue with me. Yes, argue. He tells me that he can't meet the prices of Toyota in Apex and that I've wasted everyone's time and how unfair it all is. Here I was trying to purchase a car and the manager is literally yelling at me and rather than give me a price, he is giving me his business woes. After being so rudely interrupted, yelled at and insulted, I hung up and went straight to Toyota of Apex. Not only did they beat the price, they were friendly, competent, and went out their way to get what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted, (the one that was already in stock at Leith) so they searched until they found it. I will wait a month to get it - they had to ship it directly from Japan- but I don't mind. I would rather do that and give them my loyal business than ever set foot in Leith Toyota again. If that is how they treat a potential customer, how on earth do you think they would treat you once they already have your money? More
I have leased Toyota RAV4 2011, Scott work very hard to finish the deal with me, he is the person change my mind to purchase this Vechile. Over all the employees are very helpful. The overall experience was bad because of the finance officer. Our salesman was actually quite nice and helpful. Once we got into the financing it was terrible. We were preaproved for a loan at our bank for a great rate. We applied for 0% financing, and eventually got turned down. He told us we were approved for 9% and that it was a good rate for our credit, which is not true. when i told him again that i was aproved for 4.25% at my credit union, he told me that wasn't the rate, and insisted I was mistaken. The only redeeming thing at Leith Toyota was our salesman, Terry Eackles, he was freindly and didn't insist on pushing something we didn't want. He asked us what we were looking for, a corolla or a yaris, and didn't try to push anything else. More
