We discussed some of the details of a deal, and when I decided to buy the car, they had to look at other dealers in the area to get the combinations that I wanted. Brandon kept me posted on the progress of getting the car. On the day I picked it up, he was able to pick me up at the bus station. He was very informative and took the time to listen to what my needs were and what amenities I was looking for in my potential new vehicle and after test driving a few vehicles he was able to put me in the perfect car. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. I was very impressed on how much information he was able to share with me throughout the purchasing process that he readily provided me with before I even had the chance to ask he even took out the time to compare the differences in the current vehicle I owned and the Toyota Avalon I was considering. What stood out the most was his exceptional customer service one example of many was how he took the time out on a very very busy day to assist me with unloading all of my personal belongings from my old car and helped me move them into my new vehicle and then without even being asked he sat with me and went over how everything worked and even synced my phone up to the cars bluetooth to ensure that I was road ready.
