My friend is shopping for a new car. As I tagged along to give input in her decision, we were greeted by Igor before we entered the Leith Toyota building. He seems trustworthy and quickly scanned inventory t give input in her decision, we were greeted by Igor before we entered the Leith Toyota building. He seems trustworthy and quickly scanned inventory to help my friend select a Camry to test drive. He was friendly, approachable, eager to answer her questions and now she has the info needed to make a decision. It turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience for someone who dreads the car shopping experience. For the dealer it may seems like a waste of time when a buyer is not ready to make a decision on the spot, but if the dealer shows professionalism in spite of delay... it will pay off in the long run!
