Our latest purchase is a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, and we could not be more pleased. Joe Nugent took excellent care of us, from first to last. He patiently answered our questions, helped us sort through different models, and watched over us during the test drive. On the day we received our RAV4, he walked us through an astonishing array of features, making sure that we understood how to use them, and inviting us to come back with questions. He even offered to make changes to the various selections at a future date. Stanley Jones also did a great job helping us through the paperwork. He went above and beyond by helping us with some documents related to our recently totaled and much lamented Prius C. When it is time for us to trade in our other Prius, we will head straight to Leith Toyota. More
