He was very patient with our family during the process- we had our four year old and baby in tow and he was very understanding of our need to change diapers and keep the kids happy while we shopped! Ali is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He took the time to do his homework to help us drive home in the right van at the right price! Everyone else we met at the dealership was kind and helpful as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the inventory we were shown had little unexpected things that distracted us- a busted tail light, a crack in the windshield etc. Anyway, we are very happy with our purchase. Ali went the extra mile to keep our family comfortable- even bringing us some food. He put our mind at ease when we were skeptical and patiently answered questions. And very importantly, Ali pushed to get us the price we needed. We would shop here again! More
