Don't go to Lee Hyundai! Where to begin?! First off, all these good reviews must be bribed or employees because Lee Hyundai is horrendous at customer service. This was mine an Where to begin?! First off, all these good reviews must be bribed or employees because Lee Hyundai is horrendous at customer service. This was mine and my husband’s first time getting a new car at a dealership, so we didn’t know what to expect. I scheduled a test drive for my husband, two young daughters, and I at 11am. Sebastian was our awful salesman, he took SO long to get the car ready that it was 12pm when we got in the car. We live an hour away and don’t know the area. Sebastian was busy looking at his phone during the test drive that he didn’t even hear a few of our questions, including which way we should drive. He didn’t answer most of our questions or explain some of the processes. Since we were never got a new car from a dealership, we feel taken advantage of for our lack of knowledge. During this time, I asked Sebastian FOUR times if a car seat tether anchor could be added to the third row, which he never found out. He moved so slow at everything that we were at the dealership for FIVE hours with a 1 and 3 year old. The financing manager was rude as well, and when I got upset that we waited 4 hours to start signing paperwork he told me that we didn’t have to lease the car. When we finally got in our new Santa Fe to leave, a plastic piece covering some wires near the rearview mirror was broken. But we just wanted to leave at that point! Obviously, I left a bad survey for them. So Brandon, Sebastian’s manager, called me after to apologize and explain that it wasn’t normal for them. He asked if there was anything he could do, and I said yes please find out if a car seat tether anchor could be added to the third row. Brandon said he’d have to find out from the parts and service department if this could be done and get back to me. My husband took the car in today for an appointment that we made NINE days ago to get the plastic rearview mirror piece fixed. I told them the part that needed to be repaired NINE days ago. My husband drove an hour there, waited another hour to find out that they have to order the part! We spent 3 hours driving and waiting to find out we have to do it all over again That’s why we made an appointment and told them what part was broken! 9 days later and Brandon still never got back to me about the car seat tether anchor. They have not done anything to show us that they don’t have the worst customer service around. AVOID LEE HYUNDAI AT ALL COSTS!!! More
