Les' reputation as a knowledgeable Client Advisor was apparently well established over his 10 years with the dealership. I must say it was a pleasure working with Les, as he made the entire process as seamless as possible. Once I selected the model and the options I wanted, Les zeroed in on a vehicle he believed I would be very satisfied with. After the usual negotiation of payment and services provided by BMW, a deal was reached and I took delivery of my new 2014 Carbon Black Metallic 535i.
