Buying a car can be an intimidating experience, but we have not found that to be the case here. Our last two purchases were with Les Cutler, and we could not have been more pleased. We appreciate that Les is extremely professional, and he's detailed in explaining the differences between models, costs, etc.. He is the most knowledgeable BMW salesperson we've ever met. He does an outstanding job of explaining the basics and the bells and whistles, and has never made us feel rushed, nor pushed us to make a decision. Buying a car with Les is a great experience, and we are happy to recommend him highly. We'd also like to say that we feel the same way about our Service Advisor, Julie Miller.
